Chidori did not hit Naruto

First, look at his arm on the left (which is his right). Does that look like a normal arm to you?
Of course not. It's a chakra arm. He pushed himself back.

Second, the noise he made does not indicate he was hit. It was most likely from having to act do quickly and unexpectedly.

He jumped backwards whilst rotating to face sasuke. Why would he leave he back exposed when sasuke had just tried a cheap shot to the back? He sensed sasuke coming and there are no discernible markings that indicate the chidori actually made contact. He didn't hit naruto and it laughable that sauce fans think he did.

If you get a fright and have to move away from danger quickly do you make a noise? When you exert as much force as possible to push something do you make a noise? The answer to both is yes. The TSB I'm not sure about since it's a weird angle.

some thunders appear to be connected with naruto's body (the thunders touch naruto's body), we can say that naruto did get attacked by the thunder.

Naruto got hit, there even is electricity coming out of his body (look under him and on his right side).

I guess this is lightning as well? Narutos cloak leave stream of chakra when he moves fast. You also see Naruto's back shortly after and there is no visible signs of electiricity or damage whatsoever.

I don't even know why sauce fans would be trying to score points for this, either a) naruto dodged it or b) naruto partially dodged it and the chidori itself did zero damage to naruto. Neither are noteworthy.

just some advise from God-sasuke-follower-who-solos-yer-thread, next time you're about to make one do: read the pages many times again, and make sure your thread doesnt invite sasuke's best followers. you'll get solo'd hard.
