i agree with the first statement. most techniques are fair. it takes a long time to learn or a lot of chakra to use the best techs, and the unfair things (how the hell does sasuke have that much chakra in the 5 kage summit arc? and how the HELL does sakura survive sasori?) are just for plot...

edo is the only really unfair one as kabuto has said, no risk, freakishly high reward.

i disagree amatarsu is the most cheapest to me.

if you dont know about the technique your basically screwed, having the ability to instantly shoot blak flames from your eye sockets is just pure bull to me.

If it is a one hit, then the Hachibi/Bee, Karin, Samurai, and Nagato would have died then. But they all lived after being Amaterasu'd.

idk if sub jutsu works other than the orochi-style sub jutsu, but theres that. amaterasu can be defended, just dont let it hit you.

Not at all. It is still fire. Of course it is going to take a while. But if the flames are basically impossible to douse, then it is still a one-hit-ko.
