Itachi is pretty adept at using his Susanoo, since Itachi's skill > Sasuke's skill, and he also has the yatta mirror and the shield of shieldness. Nagato can't get past that

And once again no, he can use insta-transmissions but his legs would be extremely sensitive without EDO regeneration so i doubt he could keep up with Itachi in that state

Once again, if we're talking Nagato, then there are no other bodies, except his own, to speak of so he looses to genjutsu specialist anyday of the week.
And If we're talking Pein, well in that case, Itachi is more than capable of dispatching each and single one of them and who's to say that genjutsu doesn't affect all Pein at once, seeing as how they've got no chakra flow of their own?
