He is fast, but the Minato is faster. As he can get from 1 location to another faster than him since Minato uses less time to teleport. And in combat Obito's teleport is too slow to actually use, shown when Minato crushed Obito with his rasengan.

Yea.. which is why Minato is 1, and obito is 2.. Minato has a faster s/t, but s/t is still s/t, you can't compare them to people who use shunshin..

what about Hanzo for example? he had shunshin.
or Shisui whos name basically screams out speed.

Practically every ninja has shunshin.. it's what sasuke, kakashi, gai, all of them use... using a shunshin jutsu isn't enough to put hanzo anywhere in top 8...

And yea shishui was probably above Itachi in speed considering he has a moniker for his shunshin, but we've never actaully seen how fast he is, so its just speculation...he actually could have gotten the moniker for having a unique way of using shunshin

Sasuke speed is = to itachi's and naruto isn't fast, half of those characters don't need to use jutsu or chakra and shrangan wouldn't matter it doesn't control the feet.

There are few ppl naruto can't hold his own against in a toe-to-toe taijutsu match. He was able to see And avoid Raikage's fastest attack, only the 2nd person Ever to do this. I don't see how you can say Nruto isn't fast.

When Ino has 9 tails chakra her mind-control jutsu is faster than bijuu-mode Naruto. Enough said.

Um sasuke dodge bee because he read his movements and his reaction time increases with sharingan that doesnt make him faster, remember km faster than sm but naruto dodges better in sm because of better perception and reaction time not more speed than km.(he out maneuvered 2nd raikage in sage mode)

Anyone with space time is automatically faster than the rest..
so Minato,Obito are top 2...
Naruto comes third with his km and bm speed..
Raikage with his v2 armour
Gai- 5 in speed in databooks , As he trains mostly taijutsu and speed , i'll give him this
Itachi - 5 in speed in databooks
Kakashi -4.5
Sasuke - 4.5

This might not be true. (please note the word might). Ok, firstly things have changed since the release of the databook. not much but a little. and secondly we don't have any clue how this is calculated. For example when calculating someones "speed stat" are all their jutsus included? is speed the definition of moving from sunagakure to konoha in the least time? or moving a short distance like five meters in the shortest amount of time? Are BM and KM included? Gates? Gai can open the 8:th gate increasing his speed and power way beyond what we've seen so far how can you know he is not faster than these people then? If gates are not included in calculation then neither should km bm or FTG be.

My point is that one can't simply point to a number in a book unless it's clearly stated exactly what the number in itself represents.

And about Obito at least from what we've seen in the anime his s/t jutsu takes time to perform. Meaning that if you are looking at short distances (wich in general are more useful in battle) both A, Naruto Lee and Gai might be quicker.

If we are talking short distances all jutsus included I'd give the edge to ops friends. Increasing chakra flow by opening a gate does not raise your speed to a flat number it simply increases your speed and strength, how well trained you are still affects the result. So as long as you assume that Gai without gates is quicker than Lee without gates the same would apply if both opened the same amount of gates. As long as we are talking short distances I think the ending of the list would be

4:Gai
5:Lee
6:Itachi
7:Kakashi or Sasuke.

For numbers 6-7 I am refering to the databooks for two reasons. A. Neither of these can use any jutsus (at least that I can think of from the top of my head) that increases their traveling speed. B Neither of these seems to have gained any major improvements in speed since the book was written.
