As a rule of thumb, however, Kakashi can theoretically KO anybody with Kamui with only few exceptions (Nagato due to having more than one body, Danzo due to having a more powerful OP technique, Obito due to having a counter).

Yes, Kakashi WOULD also stand a chance against someone like Madara. It's generally not in character for him to use Kamui right off the bat but when he is certain of his opponent's overwhelming power he does not hesitate to use it at the very start of the fight.

He defeated Obito when he was exhausted? Yeah, right.
Kakashi had his chakra restored, true, but it doesn't change the fact that he's been fighting for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT while Obito has been fighting for like an hour at best.
Kakashi also lost Kurama's cloak after entering kamui dimension.

Kakashi's speedblitz had nothing to do with chakra, thus having his chakra restored didn't mean anything.

In other words, tired from two-days fighting Kakashi was able to quite effortlessly speedblitz Obito who has been fighting for an hour or so. That was a chakra-less feat.

By the way, these bouncies are a pretty straightforward way of saying "I'm butthurt, perhaps posting these bouncies will fool anyone into thinking I'm confident of what I'm blabbering."

Also, Obito didn't show ability to use Shinra Tensei, neither when Naruto was about to break his mask, nor when Kakashi pulverized him with Raikiri. Stating he can use it BECAUSE HE HAS RINNEGAN is like saying Kakashi can use Amaterasu BECAUSE HE HAS MS.
