Unlikely. Itachi was specifically mentioned to have low stamina. The current state of his health (well... Before being dead) only worsened that stamina level.

It was based only of his disease, correct? If he's healthy I believe it so...remember...he fought Sasuke used powerful chakra consuming tech's. He was wounded, almost blind, and apathetic towards trying to win. And he still won, and defeated Oro in the process. I believe Itachi would have larger chakrs pools.

Hmmm...idk Kaguya doesn't seem that strong to me. She was only given god-like power, and that power was merely chakra. To a bunch of normal humans she would seem extraordinary, but not to ppl who can use ninjutsu. She couldn't even use ninjutsu. Imho she's probably weaker than Sakura or Tsunades level. Idk tbh but I know she couldn't use ninjutsu which is a huge handicap imho.

Naruto loses due to how inexperienced he is I feel. He's just a big bunch of raw power...Itachi is extremely intelligent. Imo compared to Naruto a human to a slug Itachi being the human. Naruto couldn't even dodge the Tree...imho shows his carelessness, sloppiness, and lack of focus. Itachis skill is essentially the level of Madaras I feel.

Obito would be tough....it could go either way I suppose...
