* Healthy EMS Itachi with Yata Mirror and Totsuka Blade* - Itachi with EMS without any disease/ilness. This Itachi has Perfect Sussano(weaker then Madara due to lesser amount of chakra), all other EMS abilities, also Stamina of this Itachi is same as Current EMS Sasuke's.

I agree with everything except last part of your sentence. BSM Naruto obviously takes all what is needed to put great challenge to Potential EMS Itachi with Yata and Totsuka and most likely win.

Of course I know that he can be defeated... but even Hipothetical EMS Healthy Itachi with Yata and Totsuka could be defeated and is no God.

Simply because Kishi didn't think so much a head. He didn't think that he will introduce Ten tails, Sage of six paths, Kurama's power etc. into story... simple as that.

Unlikely. Itachi was specifically mentioned to have low stamina. The current state of his health (well... Before being dead) only worsened that stamina level.
