Character Specificity ?

Hi.

Currently, people plating the RPG regardless of their bio, can use moves such as Raikiri even if they are a Byakugan user, or Burning Ash Accumulation if they are Zetsu ( believe me, i can use it, and I'm Zetsu ), just because they know that particular element and have been trained in it.

My suggestion is that if a move has been shown to have only one user , such as Raikiri, Burning Ash Accumulation, Chakra Sensing Rain (Pain's move ) , Hidden Mist Technique should be allowed to be used only by people who are RPing as those characters.

For example,
Hidden Mist Technique should be restricted to only people with a Mist VIllage Bio, Raikiri to only Kakashi bios and so on.

THis does not refer to stuff like Sharingan and KG's since there are already restrictions on those.

Yeah i agree, thats what i tried to do by making all those restrictions but then again we are only role playing so if we were to stick strictly to the manga then we shouldnt allow custom characters and custom jutsus either =/

No, you will still be able to use Fire/Wind.Lightning/Water/Earth, just not a certain few character unique jutsus.

well u dont need the sharingan O_O its proven in the kakashi garden
but the only prob is that user cannot counter the opponent's counter, bcoz it moves at high speeds

is a Yahiko only move so far, yet people with varying Bios are using it......

Exactly.
So there won't be much of a cut in power and moves, just a bit.

( P.S I also noticed that a few of the techniques listed in naruto.wikia have not been added here. You could always add them to make up the difference lost by adding restrictions here )
