If he could aid danzo in applying Hokage DNA to himself, and also created Yamato, how come he couldn't steal sasukes DNA and make a new Uchiha.
Why didn't he steal the eyes of a different Uchiha, or atleast Sasukes.
If the Third used the Death God to destroy Oro's arms, how was oro able to return their function? ( I thought it was the soul being ripped, not the physical)

He sealed half of the Kyubi's chakra? Where's the other half?

I guess this isnt a question about him, but rather one of his abilities. "Naruto" finally addressed the idea that there is a microscopic world awiting ninjutsu. When he used micro bombs, it made me wonder why this type of thing isnt used more often. Haku should have just frozen the water in the bodies of other shinobi, or something along those lines.
Gaara:
Simply put, he was able to go into full demon mode (aside from the lame out of body sleep thing he had going on). whats so risky for everyone else?
He retained his sand molding abilities after the demon was removed?
Hidan:
His God is actually real? What?? why arent more people looking into this in the narutoverse
Ugly people:
With transformations like Tsunade's there should be less ugly shinobi
