Very good. I've always been a fan of his personality and his impact on the manga as much as his abilities, though.

AYEEEEEE!!!!!!

He is without a doubt the second most perfect shinobi of Naruto-verse. Even Madara isn't on this level of perfection. Oh you forgot that his skills used to be on Madara's level in combat also =p

Also, as for the genjutsu thing. You gain stats in genjutsu by having knowledge of it and so on. However, that doesn't mean you have the ability to break genjutsu, but instead have the ability to cast it and have knowledge of it.

Kurenai as a genjutsu master is superior to Itachi when it comes to mastery of genjutsu. Itachi is only superior due to the fact he is granted the strongest genjutsu via the Sharingan. When it comes to mastery Kurenai knows more genjutsus.

Kurenai = variety

Itachi = Power..

Hence why both have 5..

Orochimaru = Knowledge and ability to do it also..

Kurenai

Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death

Genjutsu: Flower Petal Escape (Anime only)

Hair Camouflage (Anime only)

String Bean Binding Illusion (Anime only)

Itachi

Genjutsu: Sharingan

Izanami
Ephemeral

Crow Clone Technique

Demonic Illusion: Mirror Heaven and Earth Change

Demonic Illusion: Shackling Stakes Technique

Dusk Crow Genjutsu

Tobirama's overall, is faster than Minato.

- Minato was too slow to react the explosive orb on his arm:

In the same amount of time, Minato only managed to think about what needed to be done. But Tobirama managed to not only formulate a plan of action, but also managed to dispatch his Kage Bunshin to Minato's location, grab it and teleport it to Juubito.

Goshun Mawashi no Jutsu doesn't work on reaction speed, but rather good teamwork, in essence, being able to work in tandem with each other well.

Reaction wise I think Tobirama > Minato, but not speed wise. Tobirama already admitted inferiority to Minato's teleporting aka shunshin. Good teamwork could be the cause of Goshun Mawashi, but since they never worked together before that, they had to react to each other's Hiraishin.

In terms of striking speed, I think Tobirama > Minato though.

Shunshin ≠ Hiraishin, that's just a misconception made by unaware indivduals.

And since their FTG is the same, apart from the seal design of course, the difference of normal Shunshin becomes unimportant. Taking all factors into account, a speed battle between Tobirama and Minato would end up with the former winning, as Minato would be too slow to be able to touch him, and not quick enough to avoid him.

He's also the only one to dodge attacks from any form of Madara in 1 vs. 1 scenario.

This is a great thread. I am maybe one of the biggest Tobirama fans, so I can truly appreciate your effort.

In my opinion Tobirama is greatly underestimated. It is nice to see someone who is also a fan of him.

I mean teleporting from the VIZ translation some how means the high speed running, or body flicker, or shunshin. Their FTG is the same but different seals with Tobirama having faster reactions and striking speed. I think Minato would win in a fight between the two due to prepped kunai but manga portrayal leads me to believe base Minato gets beat.

But I will save that for later.

I think since he is a Senju and a hokage he should get 5 for strength.
Love your threads.:win:

Hmm... This was made really well! The details were perfect. I am a huge Suiton and Tobirama fan myself, so this a really enjoyable read.
I don't think he deserves a 5 in strength. No feats.
When did he have genjutsu feats either?
Besides, all in all, this was awesome^^

Minato losing in a speed battle to Tobirama :eww: now I've heard it all. And the fan fiction of Tobirama having better reflexes/reaction speed than minato is a joke.

The dozens of Prepped FTG kunai completely give minato the advantage over Tobirama FTG all day everyday. Speed wise we all know who is faster, no matter what ways people try to twist it. Base Minato without a doubt is better than Tobirama by a tiny margin.

Great analyzation. I only have one complaint, and that's how you claimed that Tobirama was the only one who could perform a pressurized water jet technique. Both Fukusaku and Sasori have been shown to do that. And no, it wasn't Fukusaku's tongue. The manga shows water droplets and plus, Kishi wouldn't let the anime people interpret it wrongly.
