This will most likely be a fairly long chapter than, which should be the final chapter in fishman island, since it would seem rather dull if Oda goes on a 4 week break and comes back and we're still on Fishman island. I'm guessing after the break he'll finally introduce us to the new world

Well i'm afraid he'll drops a huge pain in the ass cliffhanger. Probably something with Big Mom, but with Oda you never know. Last year we had to wait 4 weeks for the timeskip XD

Well there will be a 15 minute 3D movie again before the official 11th movie.

Toei Animation has recently revealed a new One Piece 3D special called One Piece 3D: Trap Coaster! If you remember, there was another One Piece 3D adventure titled One Piece 3D: Straw Hat Chase which hit Japanese theaters as the 11th One Piece movie earlier this year. One Piece 3D:Trap Coaster is not a direct sequel to it, but instead it is a one-shot 12-minute special scheduled to air in select 3D Japanese theaters between December 1st, 2011 and February 27, 2012. As you probably noted by the looks of the characters, the special takes place pre-timeskip.
So what is the special about? Well, we at Saiyan Island have attempted to translate the plot of the movie using Google Translation so our apologies if it’s incorrect. From our understanding: “Luffy continues his voyage with the Straw Hat Pirates in hopes of becoming the Pirate King. That is until one of the Navy’s most intelligent Captains crosses paths with them. Determined to capture Luffy, the Captain attacks Thousand Sunny with the traps he created. His intention, to make Luffy his right hand man. Why? And what can Luffy do to break out of this troublesome situation?”

so the whole movie isn't in 3D, But rather a special 15-30min clips ?. Well if its true then i guess it isn't that bad. i'd hate to watch a new world movie in the whole 3D effect i think it ruins the vibe. atleast for me it does

Yes the New World movie will be in old fashioned 2D no need for glasses

Lol, last time this happened (Time-Skip) I started watching the Anime xd. I went insane without my weekly manga, and when the chapter finally came it was so good I cried and had a huge grin on my face the whole time (I believe that was the first time I made a Lili Reaction post xd)

Btw, Hiro Mashima is still probably the biggest troll around, but last year when Oda took the 4 week break, we were all saying he was preparing the time-skip, and we all through he was working like crazy to deliver us the best arc ever, but when he came back he just said, "Oh, sorry, I was in Hawaii", and apparently he had already planned all the chapters months ago.
