What comes out July 15th is the one we got this week...... We just get it sooner and illegally, because distributors receive it earlier.
I dno why it wasn't color, but guess they didn't recieive a color version or whatever..

Since it was saying that it will be about 15th of July I assumed that it was about chapter 639.

Well you see, there are countless bookstores in Japan. In order to sell the shonen jump on Mondays, they receive the magazine earlier, else they cannot prepare to sell it, since a lot of people in Japan buys it every Monday. Thus they need it before Monday, and some stores are pretty far away. So they simply receive the manga a lot earlier, and some dude scans it and put it on the internet ahead of the actual release...

None of them Besides, as for the colour is not so important because some sites paint them on their own after some days. That at least happened to the last 3 chapters.

We got the new manga on Tuesday- that was early. I doubt we are getting anything new on Monday.
Some fans scan the prints while it's still being shipped and reaching the retailers. We read these scan before they are put up for sale by the stands for sale. This news is for official release as far as I know.
