I am the biggest Hiruzen fan and yet I have no problem admitting that Hashirama could defeat him mid-high diff. But don't forget Hiruzen held the title of Shinobi no Kami after Hashi's death so if they were to fight it wouldn't be easy for Hashi Mokuton or not.

Come on Owarij there is a reason suigetsu was only looking at him and not hiruzen. Kishi is trying to drill a point to us. The guy retconned his manga like we all thought he would.

HASHIRAMA AND MADARA are basically the CENTER of this ark... and if you haven't realized , hashirama has been getting his hype recently... this isn't a retcon.... Adding hashirama to the list of shinobi kami's isn't a retcon

Part one is just as credible as part 2.

All that proves is that Befor hiruzen's prime, hashirama was indeed "God of shinobi", But As time passed prime hiruzen took that title from hashirama due to his strength matching or besting his.

There can be more than one "god of shinobi" through out history. No reading between the lines needed for something so obvious.

Part 1 is outdated and was the beginning they hyped hiruzen up to show that the hokages are the most powerful person in the villages. In part 2 we learn this to be untrue. So hiruzen being god of shinobi was just part 1 hype. Hashirama being called that in part 2 is just character fact.
