Already been noticed. I've made a thread about this myself, and so have a couple of others.

Databook is flawed. You'll also find more flaws with Anko, Ikibi, and Hayate. Their ages are also wrong.

Kishi fails at ages.

It's a bit unfair to say only the databook is flawed. Both the manga and databook are written by Kishimoto.

Here's another "flaw" that's only in the manga:

Minato's face is not on the wall, Obito 'dies' a few chapters later, Minato is later Hokage:

Minato's face is on the wall, because he is Hokage. Obito is alive and well and participates in the Chunnin exams:

I dont think its all matters with the size and age, maybe kishi doesnt wants to potrayed an infant fighting scene for the sake of the censorship.

Naruto took the chunnin exam multiple times. Just cause you finish it does mean your a chunnin you have to be chosen maybe it took him a couple times to get picked. Does it say he became chunnin at or finished the exams at 6?

No, that's what the databooks say, graduated at five, passed exams at six.

Ehhhh, ...I admit, that bottom-right square makes him look alot younger, in my opinion, but you can't deny that he looks pretty old in the top one.
