Alright, I'm not sure if anyone else made a thread about this or not (the related threads thing is gone from the "post new thread page now), but I didn't see it when I looked, so I figure I'll just post this. I was just going through the older chapters and realized this.

Now, as we all should know by now, Kakashi passed the Chunin Exams at age six, ...then I wish Kishi would explain this for us.

Now, I don't know how Kishi's version of the Narutoverse works (or maybe, it's just the angle between them and the proctor that distorts it), but aren't they rather big for six year-olds? Granted, I'm rather tall and always have been, but I know I wasn't over (or, at least, about) four feet tall at that age.

...Just a thought on my part, so what are yours?

What do they eat in konoha? Plus it makes no sense how a 6 year old stomps on genin from other villages who're twice his age and have more experience.

No, it shows him receiving the promotion at the bottom of the page, so it's highly unlikely that they showed it out of order.

Databook is flawed. You'll also find more flaws with Anko, Ikibi, and Hayate. Their ages are also wrong.

maybe he did not want them to look too child-like, but yeah they look more like Naruto's age at the beginning of the series.

I'm sure it's was said that he got through the ninja academy at the age of six not the chuunin exam.

I've been puzzled by this. It's actually annoyed the s*** out of me. Kakashi graduated at age 5, became a part of Minato's team, became chuunin at age 6 and jounin at age 13.

Obito graduated at age 9, and he was put on Minato's team, and he was in the same chuunin exam as Kakashi, even though it is stated that he became a chuunin a few years later. So he probably became a chuunin around age 11-12.

This is just a major plothole. Doesn't matter now though, since Obito has exceeded Kakashi

Oh, really? Well, like I said, tried looking, but didn't see anything.

Yeah, I noticed that when he made Minato out to be the greatest prodigy to ever live, yet his student graduates at five when he's said to have graduated at ten. ...Iiiii think that makes for an even bigger prodigy myself. Actually, that's also shown on this page, cause Obito and Rin weren't supposed to graduate until they were nine, three years after Kakashi became a chunin, given that they're all actually the same age. ...I swear, Kishi's probably rubbing his eyes somewhere right nowxd

Yeah, I'm sure that's true, but it still makes me wonder whether or not he completely thought this storyline out before publishing it. ...Looootta mistakes around here's all I'm sayin'.

Naruto took the chunnin exam multiple times. Just cause you finish it does mean your a chunnin you have to be chosen maybe it took him a couple times to get picked. Does it say he became chunnin at or finished the exams at 6?
