try again, noob. It has'nt been stated anywhere that Sasuke's genjutsu is tsukuyomi. It HAS been stated tho that his genjutsu is 'nothing compared to Itachi's tsukuyomi'.

Naruto wiki is written by anyone. I could've written that entry. It's the least reliable source among those available to us. You should be referring to the manga and then the databooks before going to the wiki. Hell, I could edit Itachi's wiki page and say that his Tsukiyomi is now Tsukutomi after the typo in the latest release. It's meant to be a nice reference tool, but not as a proven and absolute base of information. For example, if I forget the full name of a jutsu I'm looking for, I go there. For this type of argument, the resource is useless. This goes to everyone.

You should be referring to the manga and then the databooks before going to the wiki. Hell, I could edit Itachi's wiki page and say that his Tsukiyomi is now Tsukutomi after the typo in the latest release. This is what i believe and ive been saying it over and over again. Sasuke genjutsu doesnt fulfil the requirements to be called tsukuyomi and thats not only what danzo basically says, the manga also says it. When both used amaterasu the manga stated amaterasu for both, when both used genjutsu the manga clearly differentiated between the two techniques. Itachi said tsukuyomi and sasuke said sharingan genjutsu.

Also note that sasuke activated his ms to use that genjutsu on danzo. According to the way tsukuyomi works, atleast itachi's, only a true heir of the sharingan a blood relative can break it and yet danzo broke it the normal way by releasing it;

Danzo broke out of sasuke's genjutsu because it wasnt tsukuyomi. He cannot do what he did to sasuke's genjutsu if it was tsukuyomi. He released it the same way you release genjutsu. Sasuke has even said shanringan genjutsu in the latest chapter and that genjutsu can be released the normal way.

So either sasuke does have tsukuyomi, but because its no where near itachi's level its never really been noted to be tsukuyomi either by danzo who mocked him or by kishi himself, or he has another type of genjutsu that requires the ms.

What i find funny the most is that when sasuke activated his ms to use genjutsu it failed on his opponents and these were bee and danzo, yet when he was in base and used genjutsu it worked on C and im certain c is a sensor xd

Great evidence. The anime pic is worthless in this manga forum. It's from the anime, which Kishi has no direct involvement with. I take it you know that the anime is not cannon with respect to the manga, and thus, it's not applicable in the manga forum? This also further proves my point regarding Naruto wiki... As well as the additional point of it being misused, lol.

That technique is Sasuke's own, Sasuke just hasn't bothered to give a name to it. And some people ignores(Those who believe Sasuke has Tsukiyomi) what Tobi said about Sasuke's Mangekyo technique.

Danzo comparing Sasukes genjutsu to Itachis Tsukiyomi is an implication that Sasuke is using Tsukiyomi. also the fact that Danzo's background went black and white, which is a characteristic of Tsukiyomi, is a dead giveaway that Sasuke is using Tsukiyomi.....

Same as when he used it on Bee. i cant fathom how you guys say Sasuke never used Tsukiyomi but Bee was in a black and white backgorund when Sasuke casted a genjutsu on him!

No one can deny? First of all, saying "But it's nothing compared to Itachi's Tsukuyomi." could mean two things, depending on how it's said. And, in the manga, is impossible to tell. If you're right, it would mean that he's comparing Sasuke's (Tsukuyomi) to Itachi's. If I'm right, it would mean that he's simply using Tsukuyomi as a Possessive Noun, saying that Sasuke's genjutsu is nothing compared to the Tsukuyomi, in which only Itachi has. Get the problem here? :shrug:

I believe the latter, because his genjutsu has never been referred to as Tsukuyomi in the manga, and in this instance, Danzo only refers to the genjutsu as "an illusion", while he follows by calling Itachi's most powerful genjutsu, Tsukuyomi, by name.

And this brings me to two other of my posts, which as far as I'm concerned were never acknowledged.

So if Sasuke had MS at this point, (which he did obviously) it can be inferred that he has Tsukuyomi, but if he had it, wouldn't he have used it by now? I think that people mix up that he used it on Danzo because I think the anime said that. Although I'm not sure.. And if he hadn't used Tsukuyomi on Danzo, then he definitely didn't use it on Bee. Plus, most eyes have specific techniques. The reason Sasuke has Amaterasu is because Itachi transferred that power to him, which leads me to believe he didn't transfer Tsukuyomi.

Well, how do you know he has it? Itachi (probably not Susano'o but a thought) might have just transferred Amaterasu and Susano'o to Sasuke. (This part's more plausible) However, he might not have transferred Tsukuyomi to him because his plan was to trap Sasuke under Kotoamatsukami in the future, and if he had Tsukuyomi, there would be a chance of him breaking out of it. Plus, not every Mangekyo Sharingan has Tsukuyomi either, so that's why I say this.

But seriously, if Sasuke can say "Genjutsu Sharingan!" why wouldn't he say "Tsukuyomi" if he had it?

Also, there can be other confusion caused here. Shee referred to Blaze Release as a left-eye ability in the manga stated here:

Anyway, there are a lot of things that can make people be confused. I believe that Sasuke's genjutsu was referred to Tsukuyomi in the anime, but it might just be my crappy memory messing with me.

or a low level Tsukiyomi = that can become mastered one if trained for a long time.

Must say u gys have rather interesting points but its still a fact that nowheere and I REPEAT NOWHERRRRE in the manga has Sasuke sed tsukiyomi whenn performing a jutsu and until he does ill say he doesnt have it, as many opportunities have come and passed for him to use it(some definately life threatening) and he hasnt used it. HE AINT GOT IT
