If you think about it. If Izanagi turns Reality to Genjutsu, and people are thinking that Izanami will turn Genjutsu into Reality, then what will happen to the Genjutsu that is blocking Kabuto's connection with Itachi? Also, it may work since Sasuke has Itachi's eyes and, as a result, Itachi's DNA. Maybe that's what he means by "It's already prepared"

My guess on Izanami is that similarly to his counterpart Izanagi it most likely has to do with reality warping,but unlike Izanagi which turns reality into an illusion,Izanami turns illusions into reality.

Basically anything the user dreams of happens in reality.

That's just my 2 cents

When he said it has been prepared I think he had to catch Kabuto with the eye contact to begin the technique. Which explains why they showed his eye in it's own panel after Kabuto stabbed at him.

And I believe the technique will literally allow Itachi to decide Kabuto's fate. With Izanagi it can change one's destiny, an example being Danzo's ability to avoid death whenever he sustained a fatal wound. Now Izanami decides one's destiny. So what i'm thinking is that whatever Itachi wishes to be done to Kabuto, it will be done. Lol :scorps: Death to Kabuto!

Itachi already stated that Izanami does not effect the enemies 5 senses which are; SIGHT, smell, taste, touch, and sound.

Izangai is yin, Izangami is yang = creation of all things? problem is because they only have the eyes they can't breathe life into the things they create..plus they can only use it once before blind..so instead of making things like Juubi or a giant purple hearted dinosaur they use it for genjutsu

Izanami is a jutsu born in the eyes of a Sharingan user and strengthened when that user gains Mangekyo Sharingan. It is a rare teleportation jutsu, in that it can teleport the user anywhere within their sight. If the user has only unlocked their normal Sharingan, the technique instantly drains half of their chakra upon use, meaning it only has two uses. If the user has unlocked their Mangekyo Sharingan and awakened Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, Izanami is less strenuous and can be used without rapid chakra consumption. The Mangekyo version can also switch two objects teleport the user and an object of their choice anywhere with in the user's sight, as long as the target they are teleporting with them is also within the user's sight. Riyan notes that it doesn't awaken in those with transplanted Sharingan.

Sasuke Uchiha use a different version of this technique. This version is only obtainable by gaining Mangekyo Sharingan. It's effect is similar to Izanagi, but rather focuses on the minipulation of Ninjutsu rather then Genjutsu. It allows the user to control the flow of Ninjutsu they use and can increase or decrease its effectiveness. This technique can even affect another individual's Ninjutsu if one is skilled enough to use it in such a manner. This technique is also supposedly used by Sasuke to control the black flames of Amaterasu, and has shown to even put them out completely. The amount of chakra this technique uses is dependant on what Ninjutsu the user wishs to affect, a Ninjutsu can be negated completely if they pay a slightly larger amount of chakra used to create the technique, and in turn can increase it's effectiveness by that much, making C and B Rank Ninjutsu match the power of an A or S Rank.:scorps:

but my theory is that shisui uchiha was the one to use izanami on itachi and history repeats itachi will use it for sasuke sake thoughts?

Izanami = Eye loses light.

Danzo had Shisui's eye, and it wasnt closed. Itachi had the other eye, and it wasnt closed. There is no way Shisui did Izanami on Itachi unless Itachi lied about you loosing the light in one eye for performing the Jutsu.

Izanami Can make Genjutsu into a reality, meaning kabuto thinks hes in the real world when hes in a genjutsu, i also hope that itachi Dosen't tell sasuke the truth, so it makes a mouth watering Fight at the end of the manga between the broken bond "Naruto & Sasuke"

Izanami is an ultimate dōjutsu of the Uchiha clan, in that it is capable of affecting an opponent regardless of their five senses. However, in exchange for the temporary ability that it grants the user, the Sharingan with which Izanami is cast becomes blind.
According to Itachi, this technique and Izanagi form a pair, but unlike the latter, which is a technique capable of altering destiny, Izanami is instead one that "decides" it.

when itachi said it "forms a pair with it" here is what popped into my head, Izanagi is one half of the technique and Izanami is the other half. In so many words... Two halfs of one jutsu.
Example. Izanagi changes your own fate, but when combined (paired) with Izanami... what ever happens to the user, can then be placed upon the attacker w/o the use of a genjutsu. So say Itachi lets Kabuto stab him, Itachi could use Izanagi to not get hurt and Izanami to change reality into kabuto being stabbed. Almost like Hidan's blood ritual. And it also might take the light from both eyes. something that powerful has to have a serious downside. I could be wrong. but its just a thought

Rikudo Sennin had 2 flames on his hand, Yin Yang -> Red Blue -> Senju Uchiha

Think smart and look from Rikudo's direction, the way if you were Rikudo Sennin incase you will start saying HERP DERP it's Blue Red...

How come Tobi never mentioned abt it..? i mean he has a lot of knowledge abt the history and secrets of uchiha ....And how can it be a contradiction to izanagi - i mean in what way is it different and how is it more powerful than izanagi..?

Have you ever given the thought that maybe he had only heard about Izanagi?? It was a shock to him to even see that it was being performed...notice that Tobi didn't use Izanagi until after he had see it being used by Danzo.

Izanami isn't more powerful...it's equal to. Izanagi uses the Dark style(Yin), Izanami uses Light Style(Yang)...it only counters but If I'm wrong in this explaination than could someone else correct me...

Danzo had Shisui's eye, and it wasnt closed. Itachi had the other eye, and it wasnt closed. There is no way Shisui did Izanami on Itachi unless Itachi lied about you loosing the light in one eye for performing the Jutsu.

Danzo never used Shisui's eye, that's why he used the Reverse Tetragram Sealing Technique to keep if from being gotten, he had dispelled the Izanagi Technique too soon to use it....It was also never said that Shisui was capable of using Izanami on Itachi....

It can't be some kind of teleportation jutsu because Itachi said "If Izanagi is a jutsu that changes destiny, then Izanami decides it" and we all know teleportation doesn't decide crap besides where you are. So It's simple really, Izanagi turns reality into illusion and Izanami turns illusion into reality...
