Spoilers confirmed. Not much info so add anything :)

Yondaime, the 4th Hokage, Naruto's father, appears inside his mind beside the gates of the seal that contains the Kyubii. Naruto is shocked to see Yondaime. Yondaime appears to be stopping naruto from touching the seal (???). The Kyubii is shocked to see him again and Minato says he is not happy to see the Kyubbi again but seeing his grown up son evens things out.

Feel free to add anything else I missed--in SPOILERS.:D
