What would happen if Naruto was taken away by Madara when he was just five years old? Would he be evil and destroy the world or would he save all of humanity?
Naruto chapter start:
Naruto looked up from his bed at the ceiling. He couldn't get to sleep no matter what he did. He tried to close his eyes but it would just bring back the things that he did, the evil, the evil that he was made to do. He new that he would need sleep, but he did not want to close his eyes. He did not want to see what he did to those people, the innocent people. Soon tiredness overcame him as he went into his own dream world.
Flashback
Screams filled the air as a village was being destroyed. Naruto watched the village burn. He looked down at his katana, it was covered in blood. He was about to cry but decided it would be best if he didn't because Madara would not be pleased that he had emotion. Supposedly emotion made you weak, it made you do things that would impair your judgment. He knew what he had to do so he could keep his cover of being an emotionless killer. He rushed inside the main part of the village swiping people as he went by. His sword was covered in a dangerous poison that would kill a person if they were even scratched. The poison would kill them in a minute; it was a very painful death. It was an acid that burnt through the veins and muscle until you could see their bones.
Naruto then came up on somebody that would cause a problem. There was a man about six feet tall and a very muscular build standing in front of him. He had a headband on.
'He must be ninja of the village.' Naruto thought. As Naruto looked upon the man he saw that he had tears in his eyes. The ninja's family was killed in one of the first fires that were set in the village.
"Why?" The ninja asked." Why, have you done this?"
Naruto who was already on the verge of tears, but doing a good job of keeping it in just put his head down," Because I have to." Naruto then disappeared then appeared right in front of the man with his katana out.
"I'm sorry." Naruto said. Naruto kicked the man straight into one fire building. When the man hit the almost destroyed foundation the building collapsed on him, killing him instantly. Naruto by doing this gave the man a quick and painless death. He wiped away the tears that had falling and got back on his way through the village. He had killed everyone in the village, or so he thought. He heard crying coming from the area he had just been in. He quickly ran to see a girl about two years younger than him hugging her mother's skeleton.
"Mommy, Mommy." The girl screamed. Naruto looked up upon the girl. The girl looked and noticed him standing there. The girl then ran at Naruto and began to hit him in the stomach. Not hurting him on bit he just looked at her.
"Why….did…you…kill….my…mommy…?" She stuttered as she kept hitting him in the stomach. He brought his sword up and brought it down fast, cutting the girls head off. He looked around to see if there were any survivors left. He then saw another ninja except this one was wearing clothes that told Naruto that he was the leader of the village. The man turned to Naruto with an angry look in his eye.
"You kill innocent people why?" The man asked.
"I don't want to, but I have to." Naruto said.
"You don't have to do anything. You didn't have to do this, killing all these people just because. You're a MONSTER." The man yelled, hearing this Naruto out down his head in sadness. He knew that he didn't have to do this, but he just had to.
"You think I want to do this. I am ten years old, and I have just killed an entire village. Do you think I chose this?" Naruto said. The man thought for a second. He did not know this persons age but now he knew he was in distraught. A ten year old boy did this. What was he?
"You're telling me that you're ten?" The man asked.
"Yes, I am." Naruto said.
"Who trained you to be this way? Who would do suck a thing to an innocent life?" The man asked.
"Somebody." Naruto said dashing towards the man. Sword in hand he cut the man's throat causing him to die in a couple seconds, from lack of breathing, and most of all blood lost. Madara then appeared behind Naruto in flames.
"Well, done. You can go back to the base. We will continue your training tomorrow." Madara said. Naruto took that and he left in a swirl of leaves.
"He still feels for them. I'll have to fix that." Madara thought has he looked upon the burning village. He then began to laugh as he had just sent one man, no boy to destroy a small ninja village.
Naruto found himself after he disappeared in his room. He threw down his sword, and he began to weep for the people that he just killed in cold blood, all night.

Naruto was suddenly waked up by a knock on his door. He opened his eyes to see the same ceiling that he looked at last night. He felt something warm on his face. He brought his hand up to his cheek to feel a tear. He quickly wiped it away and put on his mask. The mask was one specialty made. It was like a one way mirror, being stuck to his face by chakra. He could see threw it but no one else could see his face. He opened to see Itachi Uchiha standing there.
"Good morning, Naruto-kun. Leader would like to see you." Itachi said. Naruto nodded his head and began to walk with Itachi to Madara's courtiers.
"How are you doing today, Itachi?" Naruto asked.
"I am doing well; I just got back from my mission. How about you how well did you sleep?" Itachi asked.
"Not very well, what do you think Master has called me?" Naruto asked.
"I have no idea, but he has called me here also. That is why I was sent to fetch you." Itachi said. Naruto knew what this meant; it was time to go with Madara's plan to give him the Sharingan.
Flashback
"Naruto, I have something that you will like to hear." Madara said. Naruto stopped his training with his kage bushins, and looked at his sensei.
"What would that be Madara-sensei?" Naruto asked.
"I plan on giving you the Sharingan. Do you remember how I said that you could get another person's eye technique by replacing their eye with yours?" Madara asked. Naruto nodded his head yes telling Madara that he remembered what he was talking about.
"Well, soon when I get you strong enough I want you to kill Itachi, and take his eyes. You will have eyes like my own. Then, I can truly train you into my Successor." Madara said. Naruto was shocked by this, but nodded his head and got back to his training.

Naruto knocked on Madara's door to hear an immediate come in. Both Naruto and Itachi walked through the door into a huge cave like place. It was one big room, as big as a football field with nothing in it. You could only see the cave part of it, by the lighting of a lot of torches.
"Welcome, I have called you both hear for an important matter. I have a mission concerning another irritating village. I want you two to go there, and wipe it out. Here is the map, of where it is. Report back to me when you have completed the mission." Madara said.
Naruto and Itachi then turned around and headed back towards the door, after Itachi had caught the map.
"Naruto, I need to talk to you." Madara said. Naruto turned around but Itachi kept on walking, until he finally went out the door.
"Yes, Sensei?" Naruto asked.
"The time has come for you to get the Sharingan, after your mission is complete; I want you to kill him. Then take his Sharingan. When you arrive back here we will then implant them. Make sure you keep them safe." Madara said. Naruto nodded and then walked out the door. He looked for Itachi, and finally found him at the entrance of the base. Itachi looked at Naruto," Are you ready to go?"
"Yes, come on he wants us back quickly." Naruto said quickly jumping on to a nearby tree, and taking off. Itachi followed him, until night fall where the set up camp.
Naruto and Itachi sat around the fire looking at the flames. Neither had talked to each other since they had left the compound. They wanted it to stay that way. They were both used to the quiet and did not want to be disturbed. Itachi took some pocky out of his pocket and began to chow down. Naruto just stared at the flames thinking about his mission. Slept soon came over him and he closed his eyes. Naruto was woken up by the sun's rays. When he opened his eyes he saw that Itachi had already begun to pack up the things. He followed suit and also packed up. After they were packing, they then started their journey again to the village. They finally arrived at the village by sundown. Stopping about a mile away they sat down and went over their plan.
"Okay, Itachi you use Amaterasu to burn the buildings while I take care of the people." Naruto said. Itachi nodded. They then set there plan into action, Itachi started their attack by burning the small village's buildings with his black flames while Naruto made clones and went through and dealt with the people. Naruto keeping his face emotionless as he went through killed everyone in the village. Itachi then appeared beside him.
"We are done here. Let's go." Itachi said. Suddenly Itachi was kicked in the stomach making him fly into a large bolder. He fell down and then gasp for breathe. He was not ready for it. He looked up to see Naruto had kicked him.
"Naruto what are you doi…?" Itachi couldn't finish because he had thrown up blood. Naruto turned to Itachi," I am sorry Itachi, but I have to kill you."
Itachi quickly healing from the kick got up and threw off his cloak," I see that is what Madara wanted to see you for."
"Yes, you don't have to fight me. You can just give up." Naruto said. Itachi smirked.
"You don't know me as well as you thought you did, Naruto." Itachi said.
"I guess not." Naruto said as he disappeared. He then reappeared behind Itachi throwing a punch to the back of his head. Itachi side stepped and kneed Naruto in the stomach making Naruto curl over. Suddenly Naruto disappeared in a puff of smoke.
'Bushin.' Itachi thought. Itachi was then met by a punch to the face. He slide back on the ground, but caught himself before he fell. He looked up to see Naruto standing where he just was. Naruto then began to make hand seals. Itachi activated his Sharingan and began to copy Naruto's seals.
"Katon: Zukokku." They both yelled out at the same time. The inhaled a large breath and sent two huge fireballs at each other. When the fireballs hit they exploded creating a giant shockwave. Naruto flew through the smoke; his fist cocked back. He threw the punch at Itachi which was blocked. Itachi kneed Naruto in the stomach, making him flinch for a second. Naruto returned with a blow to the face which knocked Itachi into the air. Itachi then disappeared in a puff of smoke.
'He copied me.' Naruto thought. Itachi appeared behind Naruto kicking roundhouse kicking him in the back sending him into a tree breaking it in half. Itachi looked at the tree to see Naruto slowly getting up.
'This is going to be harder than I thought.' Naruto thought. They both stared at each other, waiting for the other one to make a move. Naruto went through hand seals. Itachi then began to copy him again.
"Kaze no Yaiba." They both screamed out. Blades of wind shot through the air at both of them. When they got to each other they hit each other knocking them out of existence.
"Stop copying me." Naruto said.
"Then this would not be fun." Itachi said. Naruto frowned this was going to be definitely harder than he thought. He then drew his sword the famous Kusanagi. This word was believed to be the most deadliest sword in the world because of it's deadly poison. Itachi then pulled out a kunai. They both ran at each other with amazing speed. They hit each others weapon as they came together and began to keep this up for minutes. Soon they began to tire and they both jumped away. Both breathing hard they looked at each other.
'I can't cut him, or it will destroy his eyes.' Naruto thought. He then put his sword away knowing it would be no help. Itachi not knowing what Naruto was doing quickly ran through seals.
"Katon: Zukokku" said sending another fireball at Naruto. Not being able to move Naruto touched the ground and said, "Doton: Doroku Gaeshi." A wall of Earth came out of the ground and took the impact of the fireball. With a big explosion it sent Naruto back into another tree, Naruto poofed out of existence.
'Another Bushin.' Itachi thought. Naruto appeared behind Itachi quickly punching him into the air. Naruto then jumped up into the air under Itachi. Naruto took out a kunai and was about to kill Itachi until he looked in Itachi's eyes.
Naruto opened his eyes and found himself on a cross, in a red world. He looked around and saw nothing.
"You have been caught in Tsukiyomi, my world. You will be tormented in here for seventy-two hours. No one can hear you scream." Itachi said. Suddenly hundreds of Itachi's showed up with spears in hand. They then began to stab Naruto one by one. He yelled in pain hoping for someone to come but no body came. He could not bear the pain. Naruto closed his eyes wanting it to stop. When he opened his eyes again he found himself in the air still with Itachi looking at him with his Sharingan eyes. Naruto fell to the ground on his back with a thud. With Itachi landing on his feet he walked over to Naruto on the ground still in shock.
"Naruto, you could never kill me." Itachi said grabbing a kunai," Now die." Itachi said throwing the kunai and hitting Naruto in the face. Naruto then poofed out of existence in a puff of smoke. Itachi had a look of astonishment on his face. He then felt pain coming from his chest. When he looked down he saw a kunai piercing all the way through his chest. With blood spurting everywhere, he fell to his knees. Naruto walked around on the other side of Itachi so he could see him.
"How?" Itachi asked.
"The clones that I sent into the city, they came and fought you as I watched in a tree." Naruto said.
"You….mean..?" Itachi asked spitting up blood.
"Yes, you were only fighting clones." Naruto said. Itachi smirked knowing he just got outclassed by clones.
"Well, I am sorry, but you are going to die." Naruto said.
"Just do i….." Itachi said but before he could finish, he was stabbed by another kunai in the throat. Itachi fell to the ground lifeless. Naruto looked at Itachi's body seeing his Sharingan still active he took the kunai out of Itachi's throat and cut Itachi's eyes out. He quickly put the eyes in a jar with solution in it to keep the eyes safe. He then sealed the jar into a scroll, and put the scroll into his robe. He looked around and saw the village burning with black fire. He had a lone tear coming from his right eye. He slowly hardened as he did these deeds but in the inside was crying. He ran out the village heading back to the base.
When Naruto finally got back to the base he saw Madara waiting for him. Madara looked up at the beat up boy from his chair," Have you done it?" Naruto showed him the jar with the eyes in it without a word.
"Good, very good, leave the eyes here with me while I prepare for the transplant." Madara ordered. Naruto bowed to his sensei," Yes, master."
Flashback End
Naruto opened his eyes from his dark sleep, to find that he could not see. He put his hands to his eyes to find that there was a cloth around his head.
'What is this?' Naruto asked himself. He slowly began to undue the cloth until finally it came off of his head. He got up and then walked to his mirror. What he saw scared him to death. He saw something that he never thought he would see. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.

He quickly put the eyes in a jar with solution in it to keep the eyes safe. He then sealed the jar into a scroll, and put the scroll into his robe. He looked around and saw the village burning with black fire. He had a lone tear coming from his right eye. He slowly hardened as he did these deeds but in the inside was crying. He ran out the village heading back to the base.
When Naruto finally got back to the base he saw Madara waiting for him. Madara looked up at the beat up boy from his chair," Have you done it?" Naruto showed him the jar with the eyes in it without a word.
"Good, very good, leave the eyes here with me while I prepare for the transplant." Madara ordered. Naruto bowed to his sensei," Yes, master."
Flashback End
Naruto opened his eyes from his dark sleep, to find that he could not see. He put his hands to his eyes to find that there was a cloth around his head.
'What is this?' Naruto asked himself. He slowly began to undue the cloth until finally it came off of his head. He got up and then walked to his mirror. What he saw scared him to death. He saw something that he never thought he would see. The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
