be and he has an army of fishmen as he would why is the boat bubbled?

I'm hoping it's Jinbe! His friends will be the Strawhats, so Oda may be using this cover story to explain his presence at an Island the Strawhats arrive on in a later arc.

Fair shout! If you look at the shape of the silhouette it could be Jinbe... But the top is conical to an extent.
Human, going to (or coming from) Fishman Island... Most likely. Rayleigh or Shakki are possibilities although these two are highly unlikely

My mistake, though I don't really get whet the comment about 'off my game today, not paying attention very well' is supposed to mean as that implies apparently that everything I ever said is 100% true, which is extremely illogical and unreasonable from your part, especially taking into consideration how it's impossible to remember all the cover arts.
Not to mention a comment about 'being off game and not paying attention' from someone who forgot what happened the past few chapters is quite laughable.

Guys im 90% sure, its jimbei. Why is his ship coated?
Simple because he might be immune to water as a fishman but probably his cargo and or prisoner isn't. We've seen him personally taking Caribou to marines. I would suppose he'd do the same for future criminals being a nuisance on fishman island
But this said isnt fishman island quite far from dressrosa or is oda implying that "friends" are on their way?

I know he escaped. Technically he didnt escape of Jimbei's ship so you pointing this out is wrong on your part . Jimbei took him to the marines, he escaped from the marines with his brothers help who got left behind U_U

I just hope he's going to bid farewell to Fishman Island people and then heading towards the SHs.
He just asked his crew to leave him alone because of the disease, but we didn't actually see him dying or any solid proof backing up that claim. Not to mention, he's with Crocus and Laboon. So, Yorki makes a lot of sense.
And since it's One Piece, we can always use the 'we didn't see his dead body' card... Which doesn't necessarily apply to all, but in this case it kind of fits

The hair is throwing me off a bit, but Crocus might be a very bad hairdresser.
