I found this interesting news. I wil rewrite it in my word and show here with pictures. This is a way to change your screen without using third-party tools like Tune-up.
Before & After
Step 1: Please download the registry file from
Step 2: Now, head over to the following folder:
C:\Windows\System32\oobe
Step 3: Here, create a new folder named "Info". Again, create a new folder inside the "Info" folder and rename it as "backgrounds".
Step 4: Copy the image file you want to set as background to this folder and rename it as "backgroundDefault". Note that the image must be in JPG format and the size should be less than 256 KB.
Step 5: Enjoy your new login screen by restarting the computer.
There is also a software to use cool background. get it
