He had to be taken out before Iwagakure's main force could arrive in the Land of Water to invade Kirigakure. Of course, Vex was a pretty easy going guy. The black sealing formula being masked by the dark color of the kunai. Vex would suddenly throw it into the air, while making 5 rapid handseals, and causing the kunai to multiply. The tags would detonate in an extremely large scale explosion upon nearing the opponent.

As Yagura was walking on a sort of brisk day outside of his village walls, he saw a stranger directly in front of himself. Yagura is used to being on guard from every individual in or outside of his village. Being a Jinchuuriki is a 24/7 thing ya know. While Yagura was walking towards the man, he saw him throw a kunai. The kunai went right into the air, Yagura kept a mental note of this as he saw the man jump backwards, he was trying to get out of the area. An attack was coming, probably on a large scale. Yagura would then follow the man not breaking eye contact, as he jumped into the same direction Yagura formed a single handseal creating a mist around the battlefield blocking his opponent's view of him. Since Yagura had exceptional training of the technique and also being from the Mist, Yagura had no problem seeing and maneuvering in the ice cold mist. Immediately after doing so, Yagura released his 3-tailed chakra. He wanted to finish this battle soon, since they started in close range if his opponent was to release a high scaled attack in reference with that kunai, there was no way one would get out of range of the attack without both of us getting out of range

Description: A variation of the Hidden Mist jutsu, but instead of releasing normal mist, the user makes extremely cold "freezing" mist. This mist is so cold that the evaporated water of the mist changes into ice crystals. The result of this is that the mist is a lot "heavier" which makes it more difficult to just blow away. It's most effective against people who user IG for example. The cold of the mist makes the joints of the opponent slower functioning, due to his fast breath his longs start to freeze at a rapid rate (he breaths fast the cold air in) but above all the ice crystals start to attach themselves to solid objects more easier than normal water of mist. This makes the opponent loose energy and heat rapidly, which makes his movements yet again a lot slower.
The effect is the same on normal people, for instance the speed of making handseals slows down, same goes for their reflexes. Since the mist is made of the user's chakra, it does not affect him.

Description: When the incomplete form is activated, Yagura roars and releases a pale blue surge of chakra around him in a short range and a coloumn of chakra rising into the sky. He is then enveloped by a pale blue chakra shroud around him with three tails. The form itself has scaley features on its outer arms and legsand on the top parts of its tails with spikes protruding from the tails ends making them like spiked clubs. On hes back he has a hard shell with multiple spikes on the sides making him invulnerable to physical attacks up to B rank. However the underside of the body does not have scales and can be more vulnerable to attack, He also has a spiked head. Whilst in this transformation Yagura's water techniques gain extra power boost and he is not harmed by water techniques of C rank and below.
