That one person just cant stand the fact of them losing so they take out there trusty encyclopedia and search up everything about the element, jutsu, and they go straight to a mod with that. Depends on the technicality, if someone tries to use a jutsu that requires 10 hand signs, at the last second because he heard the surprise attack from behind, or he saw the shadow approaching him, than yes I would call him out on that, because frankly he wouldn't have the time to use that jutsu.
