Madara and Hashirama were stated to be equals. Hashirama inched out a victory, plain and simple. They should both be Demi-God. End of Story. I would have put Sasuke a bit higher but that's just me. And you should've created an E class and put Sakura, Ten-Ten and Ino there.

Just a few corrections I'd like to point out. Lee isn't able to access his chakra, which is the reason why he doesn't use ninjutsu. Just because Hashirama and Madara were stated to be equals, doesn't mean they're equal in chakra reserves, if you use the parallel of rivals between sasuke and naruto then its easy to see they are considered equals. However naruto an offshoot descendant of the younger son has higher reserves than sasuke even without kurama. And Hashirama is a descendant of the younger son, a couple of you keep confusing the older with the younger son of the so6p.

Kabuto should be lowred and how is he above Orochimaru? A should be moved up and all Jinchurikis should be in Demi-god tier, Hashirama should be above Obito and Madara since he is a full natural Senju.

When onooki who's able to dust release entire terrain and destroy 26 Susanno's
And gaara who is a former junjurchi and became stronger then his bijuu and has been fighting for 2 days
As well as kakazu who can control four hearts
Who r all in A
They all have higher chakra reserves from what was shown

Only two suggestions: Harishima and Madara have far way more chakra than Kabuto and Obito combined and everybody knows Shikamaru and Kakashi are the ones with least reserve of chakra either of them can handle a few jutsus....Tenten dont even use chakra her summoning are sooooo base lol

Your list is a tad off.. the thing that caught my attention is when you put gaara, gin/kin in a when it has been stated in the manga that gaara has huge chakra reserves, even when he had a tailed beast, and gin/kin has the chakra of the nine tails, same thing as naruto.
