Unlike Pain who used dozens of receivers per body, Obito only used 1 for each. If Nagato was able to keep up 6 dozens of them and Tobi only 6, why do you think Tobi should be above Nagato ? :sy:

Look at how strong Itachi is. Then compare him with other ninja of similar strength. For his caliber his chakra levels are pretty low.
He makes up for it in another ways though.

It's only logical to think that Hashirama had large chakra reserves. When was it stated that Hiruzen had large chakra reserves?

Hashirama is a Senju. Senjus are direct descendants of the Older Son.

Not only that but he's pretty close to Older son in terms of lineage. Tsunade has immense chakra reserves and she's quite a ways down from him.

Nice list but I would put the raikages up a tier. Also I'd add Jugo because he's constantly absorbing chakra from his surroundings and its been stated that he has enormous chakra levels.

Obito didn't need to constantly control the jinchuuriki. He puts the receiver in and then he can control it but he wasn't consciously pumping his chakra into the thing.

For his caliber his chakra is pretty ****.
Compared to even the mediocre ninja his chakra is average.

Minato and Sasuke were never really known for their chakra levels.
Both A and 3rd Raikage have way higher chakra levels which is why they are near the top of that tier.

Sasuke was known to have extremely high chakra reserve when he was only 13:

- They have improved exponentially since then, based on his latest EMS feats. I believe he should be placed in S, but that's just my opinion. Also, Kakashi should be lower, you are forgetting that his chakra reserves have not improved since the start of Shippuden, he's only gained more control over Kamu. His reserves were replenished by Kurama during the fight, and before that he was panting from Exhaustion.
