I don't understand why Jinchurikis like Yagura for example are so low when they are perfect Jinchurikis mastering such a high level of chakra like Tailed Beast. Overall it's not that bad eventhough i disagree with some placements. Nice effort

Madara and Obito were never really known for incredible chakra levels. There chakra levels are astounding, I'm not denying that, but not to that extent. U_U

Kakashi is at B and itachi is at C And alot of Faill in your list.....

Kakashi and Itachi have average chakra levels compared to other ninjas.

They were imprisoned by Edo Tensei. That wasn't Obito's technique.

I'd move Madara and Hashirama to demi-god

I'd move Hanzo and Kakuzu up to the A+ tier

Hanzo Solo'd the Sannin without looking tired at all. Kakuzu never showed signs of being worn out throughout his entire fight.

I'd move Hiashi up to the A or B tier...he's used Hakke Kusho twice without looking tired at all...not to mention several rotations and has fought for 2 day pretty much.

Overall pretty good list.

I'd almost say take Lee out of a chakra ranking system considering he can't really use ninjutsu/genjutsu (chakra).

Minato and Sasuke were never really known for their chakra levels.
Both A and 3rd Raikage have way higher chakra levels which is why they are near the top of that tier.

That was just a theory because Kakashi was wondering why they weren't using Pain's techniques.
How is Kakashi meant to know ?
