Chakra chains

I'm just a bit curious about these chains and how they are used so I'm just going to throw some ideas I have about them

1. Maybe only pure uzumakis can activate these
2. Perhaps once you stored enough hate/rage you can unleash the chains

Proof:
For number one it's quite easy to say why Naruto can't use the chains since he isn't a pure uzumaki
For number two we saw that Kushina was always hating people when she was young and started storing the rage somewhere or also she took in some of Kuramas hatred and for Karin we always saw her show hatred towards suigetsu and sasuke at times.

This is just a idea until we actually learn more about the chakra chains

Uzumaki sealing tech only use by the females in the clan , examples : Karin , Kushina & Mito , we've seen two of them used it , it's right to assume Mito could do it too .

Nagato never used anything like that .

no....i would say that they form when a critical or dire situation of importance comes up....like when you gotta save someone (kushina savd naruto and karin is tryna save sasuke)...remember the qoute from part one" the more precious someone is to you the harder you fight for them"
