Cell is beyond OP.

Anyone else realize how OP this guy is? Not only is he top twenty to thirty fictional characters, but the dude could always grow more powerful if the opponent has minimal intel. His frieza dna allows him to survive intense damage and breathe in space.

Piccolo lets him regenerate, further agumented to the point where it he could regenerate from a single cell. In a fight against Cell, even if you're stronger than him by x 20. A few rounds of killing him and his saiyan dna will naturally make him stronger.

How strong? Goku went from around Ginyu's level to Final Form Frieza's [30%] level who was beyond a power level of a million. Multiple times greater.

So that kind of boost each and every death, Cell could take out any fighter in a 1vs1 because he can always regenerate and become stronger as his foe weakness. Cell truly is perfect

OT: Cell aint got nothing on a vast majority of fictional characters. top 20-30 in all of fiction psh. Cell aint got no magic defense, Dr. Strange or Wanda Maximoff would blow him away with a sneeze.

again, just taking damage makes cell lose stamina every time he has to regenerate. non fatal regenerative wounds consume a huge amount of ki. you dont have to kill cell to beat him. and if you destroy his brain lump, hes not coming back at all.

lost to gohan. would have lost to ssj1 gohan without goku's senzu, would have lost to semi perfect vegeta etc. your whole point loses its value when you remember gohan killed him thus anyone stronger than kid gohan can too

The only way to truly take cell out is as Gohan did: Obliterate him down to the cellular level.

If cell was a good guy he would be stronger the vegetables and close to ssj 3 maybe but most likely but also u can't make up a number 20x stronger? Frezia survives intense damage? And proof on these we could all say ss2 had a ex... Pl of 5 and cell 1 than cell return ssj2 gohan 5 cell® 8 that's not really 20x stronger
