Appearance: Celebrimbor is the son of Curufin, fifth son of Fëanor and Nerdanel, and the only known grandchild of Fëanor. He is depicted as being one of the fairest Ñoldorians born, and is claimed to be just that by most of whom lay their eyes upon him. Unlike other elves, whom are seen as the embodiments of light, especially the Lord of the Elves; Illúvatar the Second, Celebrimbor is seen as a selfless and kind elf whom is more so described as the embodiment of gentle night sky and the shining stars, which is illuminated through his creations. He stands at a significant height, a height which is quite incredible even for an elf, as he stands at 9 ft tall, with a slim anatomy. He has eyes that seem as deep and dark as the depth of the ocean, while they reflect the thousands of lights in the night sky. Dissimilar to the rest of the elves, he was born, not with golden locks, but with chestnut brown hair, which by now reaches down to his lower back. When Celebrimbor is not in his military attire, he is either wears long dark red or silvery white robes. When he is working on his creations, he is often found in his leathery brown and blue attire, within his chambers.
When Celebrimbor was first called to battle by the High Lord of Gondolin, he emerged with silvery-white armor, that is embroided with the symbol of the night sky on its chest plate. The armor, having seen no gory battles, or so it would seem. In this armor, that shined brightest upon the battlefield, it illuminated the valley in a bright white light, as he moved gracefully through the enemy ranks, striking them down with his two curvey silvery swords, with their white handles, that he combined together to create his bow, the Azkâr. His silvery-white armor surrounded by the white silky drapes, resonating his purity and his selflessness.

Personality: Unlike his father and grandfather, Celebrimbor is portrayed as being both selfless and kind, and is neither prideful nor covetous of that which he creates. He has been described to have a dwarvish obsession with crafts, to say the least. He would become the most famous and most skilled artificer and smith in both Gondolin and Eregion. His love for crafts took him to what he would later call the realm of Eregion, his home, where he was introduced to a precious metal which he and his kin would call Mithril. He has a great friendship with dwarves and humans alike, and shares their passion and skills and secrets when it came to artificing and smithing. Even with his selfless and kind personality and his lack of pridefulness and covety, he also became filled with anxiety and fear after the realization that the elves had been deceived by Sauron, whom he knew as Annatar, and later as the Servant of Morgoth. He was both loved and revered in the ancient homeland of Gondolin and Eregion before the fall of both, and was praised by many as being pure of heart.

Celebrimbor is the son of Curufin, who was the fifth son of Fëanor and Nerdanel. He lived with his father in Nargothrond, an elven town, yet he never took part in the deeds of Curufin and Celegorm regarding Lúthien, Beren and Finrod. Under the guidance and instruction of Sauron, the smiths openly made rings to learn the craft, but unknown to them the craft taught by Sauron incorporated a binding and dark power into them. These powerful rings [Elemental Rings and more, that no longer exists or do?], was enslaved by the dark powers and mind of Sauron through his cruetly and malice. Celebrimbor and the elves of Eregion defied Sauron after he revealed his true intentions, by withholding the rings from him. The rings that were created by Celebrimbor himself, were never tainted by the touch of Sauron and thus were never corrupted, he named these rings Vilya, Narya, and Nenya after the principal elements f air, fire and water, respectively. He sent two of the rings away for safekeeping, Vilya to Gil-Galad in Lindon and Nenya to Galadriel in Lórien.
Sauron retaliated by attacking Eregion, laying waste to the city. Every single elf was slain, and everything that they had built were in ruins. Celebrimbor was captured in the chaos of battle, and was forced, under torture, to disclose the whereabouts of the rings that he had sent away, but he would only reveal the rings created for the men and dwarves, and not the whereabouts of the three elven rings. Celebrimbor was tortured for months, and was hung upon a pole, and was paraded as a banner as Sauron continued his attack on the elves.

Description: The Tarnkappe, or Cloak of Sigurd, is a garment which is intended to protect the wearer from the cold, rain and wind. This cloak is no different in that fashion, it is fastened around the neck with a small black chain, its length extending down to the middle section of the calves, additionally it has an attached hood. This wont hinder their vision but instead, when the camera's detection a motion it will display this your the contact lens for the user to see acting as a an enhancement of their visual perception. Conclusively, the cloak has one final feature, which masks the wearers presence. Whenever the wearer pulls the cloak around his body and the hood over his head, it has a unique device implanted into it, which emits a frequency that masks his chakra effectively concealing him from chakra sensors as well as concealing his body in the sense that it conceals his chakra circuit from foreign eyes. This allows the wearer to blend into his surroundings more freely. What this can't do is hide the users heat signature or smell.

The cloak is designed as a white cloak with patterns of black lightning across it. The cloak is the designed with a unique fabric, known as kevlar, a material which allows it to stop incoming basic weapons such as swords, axes, kunai, senbon etc up to a C rank projectile, anything after that will destroy the wiring within the cloak, rending it useless. It will cause bladed weapons thrown or swung to strike to bounce off the cloak, and it applies to the general forms of none damage enhanced freeform combat. In addition to the cloak’s unique complexion, it has some unique features which the wearer can activate through surging his energy through it. The first feature that the Tarnkappe is in the possession of, is a unique technology known as motion sensors. These motion sensors are situated all across the cloak, allowing it to detect any changes in the air around the wearer, and detect the motions of animals, humans or even tools within the vicinity of short-range of the cloak. Thus the cloak acts as a form of sensory in the way that it detects any motions within short-range of the wearer this is done through technology more than chakra. These motion sensors come in the form of small camera's laid throughout the cloak linked to a contact lens the user has placed in their eye. This wont hinder their vision but instead, when the camera's detection a motion it will display this your the contact lens for the user to see acting as a an enhancement of their visual perception. Always passively active.
Conclusively, the cloak has one final feature, which masks the wearers presence. Whenever the wearer pulls the cloak around his body and the hood over his head, it has a unique device implanted into it, which emits a frequency that masks his chakra effectively concealing him from chakra sensors as well as concealing his body in the sense that it conceals his chakra circuit from foreign eyes. This allows the wearer to blend into his surroundings more freely. What this can't do is hide the users heat signature or smell.
Note: If the cloak is hit by B rank or above, it will short circuit being rendered useless.
Note: The motion sensors only work short range around the user, taking 5 chakra per turn
Note: Hiding themselves can be used twice per battle with two turns between the users and lasts for a maximum of four turns.

Description: Before the battle the user will have places 5 basic seals in their mouth/throat in preparation. Each of these seals will represent one of the 5 basic elements. In battle, when the user is about to be hit by one of the the 5 basic elements they will perform one handseal activating one of the chosen seals in their mouth as they breath in. In doing so, the element of the seal they activated will be sucking in and sealed into the seal in the users mouth. Much like how Jiraiya sealed Amaterasu. After having sealed the element, the user can then perform one handseal releasing that element from their mouth back at their opponent, in the form of a blast of that chosen element with no shape to it. An exampe of this jutsu would be if the opponent use a B rank fireball, just when it's about to hit the user, he will perform one handseal, activating the seal as he breathes in, as he does, the fireball will be sealed into the seal in the users mouth, without hurting the user. The user could then perform another handseal releasing the fireb back at the opponent as one big blast, the fireball would still be B rank. When the seal is activated, a mass of chakra is released out of the users mouth at high speed, similar to when jiraiya sealed amaterasu in a scroll, but faster. The element would be drawn into this chakra and sealed into the seal in the users mouth.

Description: This is a special "ninja tool summon" that allows the user to seal basic ninja tools, like shurikens, kunais, swords, etc into sealing marks placed on their clothes or their body. The ninja tools can be summoned in an instant just by touching the sealing "marks". The greatest advantage of this technique is that the time between taking out a ninja tool, taking the right stance and actually throwing it is greatly reduced and one can unleash a barrage of weapons with great speed in a small time window. Also when a weapon such as a Fūma Shuriken is summoned, the time needed to throw it can be further shortened by having prepared the weapon in fully extended form beforehand. Sasuke even shown that you can have the weapons connected to wires and linked to their sealing marks and used the technique in sealing marks he placed in his wrist bracers.
