The arena were the Grand Magic Games were held. It's a circular field surrounded by huge thick walls and tens of thousands spectator seats. The entire structure then is also located on a natural platform several hundreds of meters high. The players start in the arena facing each other.

The Sandaime enters the arena while sporting the traditional Kumo garb and clothing along with a pair of dual blades which rests on his back in an "X" fashion. Ever determined to scale through all the odds and attain the prize of the tournament, he walks up to his adversary while halting only when he's 10m away. He calls out to his opponent hoping to set a mood before the conflict would set in.
"May the best man win and may the gods show favour on this day!"

Alas! The adversary arrived and observed no form of pleasantries PR greetings to signify any form of good sportsmanship. Hakai was raged at the insolence of the new generation of ninjas produced in the century. These kind would grow pride once they've got a technique or two up to their sleeves thinking they are now superior to others. This particular one had stepped into the wrong hands and Hakai would make sure to teach him a lesson by giving him a nice beating to last his a lifetime. Without signifying any hostile action, Hakai removes both blades on his back at the same time to flow his primary element's chakra into it before slicing the air in front of him to release two thin line of lightning chakra (one from each blade) which moved diagonally and horizontally respectively with the second line following the first not too closely (at least a space of 2m between them) aiming to cut through the opponent of left unattended to.

line of lightning chakra, which seems to be a simple blade which heads towards the opponent, however, upon the users will and with the addition of chakra, the simple blade suddenly extends multiple other thin yet extremely sharp and lethal blades of lightning which bolt towards the opponent, hitting him/her from multiple angles, easily being able to hit the opponents front and both sides, making this a perfect surprise attack.

strength. This armour, combined with
Taijutsu allows the user to utilize a special style of Nintaijutsu which combines Lightning and Taijutsu. While the technique is active, the user is immune to Lightning techniques A-Rank and below but doesn't have any additional defensive bonus. Despite
the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Note: Technique lasts for 4 turns
Note: Can only be used by 3rd Raikage or 4th Raikage bios.

The Blades engulf the First Lightning Technique and proceed, engulfing the Second one and dispersing.

Tasuke however had already moved onto his next technique. Sending wind into the sky which rapidly darkens the clouds and creates a stormy environment. These clouds create a tornado which comes down as a huge F-5 Tornado. It hits the ground in between Tasuke and his opponent where the lethal edge of the tornado engulf the Sandaime but the rest of it would cover the ground between him and Tasuke. After sending said wind into the air to attack the raikage from above Tasuke unravels a special ink scroll on his waist and begins to draw on it, he was quick and swift as an ink user in battle needed to be - taking command of Three Lions and a Hawk. Tasuke hops onto the back of the hawk and it flies him into the air where the Lions would begin to run forward towards the Sandaime to attack him by diving at him (Two would bite his ankles and the final one would headbutt his stomach followed up by an immediate barrage of Razor sharp Feathers at his chest from an above diagonal angle), Tasuke had a good vantage point from up her.

The lightning gets a kinda double boost; 1 being the rank boost, second being +10. What this means is both of Thaal's lightning techniques are S ranks with +10 damage, holding 90 damage points each. LA uses S rank wind to attempt stopping both lightning attacks with the single move, which imo would not go how he wants. The wind would hit the lightning and cancel out during the clash with the first (90 dmg lightning vs 80 dmg wind cancels) and leave the second undefended, killing LA as he tries to create the tornado in the sky.
