CE question

hey im pretty new to the base and am trying to get into rp but before that i have been trying to learn the rules about all to do with rp. and i was just wondering whats up with CEs cause i thought they had to be made up by a narutobase user but then i read this

Custom element japanese name: Magumaton
Custom element english name: Lava
The element is based on: Earth+Fire
Facts that prove the element to be possible (in the manga context): The 4-tails Jinchuriki used it.
Idea behind its creation: It was used by the 4-tails, and is a combo of earth and fire. The 3rd used a makeshift version of it by combining mud balls with fire balls, so I decided to take it to the next step.
Conditions to be able to use it: Thorough mastery of fire and earth (more of fire), a large amount of chakra, and a knowledge of water jutsus.
Is weak to: Lightning+Water, some higher-level water jutsus.
Is strong against: Ice, Fire, Earth, lower-level water jutsus, certain wind jutsus.
Co-creators (if any): Not really any, though I taught Elias how to use Lava before the Bureau.

if it was stated to have been used in the manga was it cause of lack of jutsu for it or something? :shrug:

I'm not sure if I can answer your question as I just started to rp myself, but custom elements are things you dont need to worry about, you still got a long way to go before you can submit one.

Well i think this was created even before Lava style was used on the manga, cus' he didnt state mei, roshi, and many others to use it...+ Used magomaton or something instead of Yoton.

you mean to say that if it was on manga why it was made a custom element by a user on Naruto base . dunno that my answer is 100% correct but

CE or Custom elements are made my NB members so that they can Rp on Naruto base most of the CE are not mentioned in Manga.. but that doesn't means that you can't create elements that doesn't fit on NB nor Manga.

a applicant are requested to show how his CE is possible in manga cause you're creating an element that is related to Naruto verse.And yes like my fellow mate said Magma release was created on NB before it was even shown in Manga.

actually if you read his post you'd see that bishamon said that it was possible cause roshi had been seen using it

Because that one was made before it was actually actively used in the manga. At the time it was submitted and approved, no one had any issues with it. It's the same for several of the custom summoning contracts like hawks. It already got made before Sasuke used it in the manga. The first time lava was used, that CE already got approved for a while, before that there had only been one reference of Roushi using it, but that was incredibly vague.
