-CJs of any kind (except custom summons): Not Allowed
-You can use the Basic 5 elements, your Kekkei Genkai, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, Fuuinjutsu (if you learned the ability) and your custom summoning contracts
-Range: Medium range (10 meters away)
-Terrain: Plain battlefield with no water source
-Each fight needs to finish in 7 days, upon which they'll be closed and graded by me or an other sensei if I ask for help
-Arguments are to be done exclusively through VM and issues are to be reported in the conflict resolution thread. Sensei opinions can only be asked twice per match, with the 3rd time pertaining to a final decisive judging. If a member needs to ask for a senseis input, he/she must do so through the designated thread and not directly to the sensei. Following the template and the rules of the thread is essential
-If a participant doesn't reply for more than 3 complete days, his opponent wins the match by default

Immediately upon seeing you Jugram channels his earth chakra into the ground below you causing a localized tremor. The tremor is strong enough to cause you to easily lose balance. As soon as the earth chakra is released Jugram drops two flash bombs from his left sleeve successively to blind you while you deal with the tremor. Since the flash bombs are dropped from the sleeve and out of Jugram's line of sight it will not blind him.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in making the enemies lose their footing and fall to ground or miss the aim of a given technique.


As soon as the second flash bomb is released from his left sleeve with his right hand he lifts it and releases raiton chakra from it. In a short waving motion with the right hand he releases multiple sharp lightning needles with extremely fast speed. The needles are aimed at your sternum and left arm. Then Jugram immediately activates his one tomoe sharingan and intensely watches your moves. Almost simulataneously he uses his free right hand and lobs a kunai equipped with an explosive tag. The kunai will fall as if it is raining down upon you toward your head.

Description: The user reshapes the Chidori in their hand into the form of countless senbon which are shot with a simple hand movement towards the target. The senbons are extremely precise and have the same numbing and paralyzing effects as Chidori, carrying enormous speed. Because the technique requires no handseals and is done with simple hand movements, its extremely hard to avoid while in short range and quite dangerous to counter due to the precision attacks it can be used to perform.

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Sharingan is the kekkei genkai of the Uchiha clan. Unlike the other Dōjutsu, not all members of the Uchiha Clan possess the Sharingan. This great Dōjutsu seems to awaken only on exceptional Uchiha members and only in times of great stress. Once awaken, the pupil turns red and a single tomoe (巴) seal appears around the center pupil. As the user masters and evolves their eyes, the tomoe (巴) seals increase, topping 3 per eye. The main ability of the Sharingan, like any other Dōjutsu, is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra. This ability is further improved as the Sharingan gives color to chakra, enabling the user to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Although the user can see chakra through matter, he cannot see beyond dense matter or in long distances. Coupled with the ability to see chakra, Sharingan users gain acess to an incredible clarity of perception that enables them to read insanely fast movements or minor details, enabling them the ability to foresee in an easier way, traps, incoming attacks, etc. This clarity of perception is so great that a Sharingan user can sometimes start performing a counter to an attack that is still being performed, enabling the counter to be launched only a split a second after the attack. This clarity of perception leaves Sharingan users able to track high speed movement easily as well as to read through handseals. This last ability enables them to learn techniques much faster and sometimes copy them directly from the enemy, as long as the user has the necessary chakra affinities and requirements to perform it. Finally, the Sharingan is often linked to Genjutsu and mind-manipulating illusions, mostly because the user can, mostly through Eye Contact, directly and precisely use his chakra to manipulate the enemy's chakra flow. In return, the users clarity of perception gives him the ability to more easily decipher visual illusions cast upon him and see past them. The Sharingan has a great cost to the user though. The chakra consumption disables its use for long periods of time and, even when the user grows stronger, it's still hard to keep it active for long periods of time.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his Sharingan, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Sannin Rank or above and has gained his 3 Tomoe Sharingan and held it for one month, he becomes able to passively activate it, meaning he'll no longer spend a move of his 3 per turn.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: Danzo and Kakashi bios activate the Sharingan by removing the covers in their respective eyes and suffer a +10 chakra consumption per turn penalty
Note: The user is bound by the abilities and limits of the stage of sharingan he possesses, stated in the rules of the KG.

The second Minerva begins to feel the earth shake she brings her fist to the floor and unleashes an adaptable whirlwind to send her into the air. This motion was both fluid and hard to anticipate because the action of bringing her hand down would just seem like she stumbled. As she is sent about 10 meters into the air she is looking at you from almost directly above (so she wouldn't be in the line of sight of the flash bombs as you dropped them directly from your sleeves). She then focuses her raiton chakra in her hand and releases it in a 120 degree blast of lightning which heads towards the man.

My lightning jutsu should be released just about when the flash bombs hit the ground(which wouldn't effect me). Both of my techniques don't use any hand seals and are pretty fast so thats what I think.

Jugram, the moment he notices his opponent launch himself from the ground he immediately opens his mouth and aims his head in his opponent's flight path. This releases a thin and extremely pressurized jet of water that can easily slice your body clean in half. The stream is aimed to intercept your flight path at the tip of your head and will travel (by Jugram moving his head) down to slice you clean in half down the center of your body. The stream is incredibly fast and as such you will be unable to reach your location directly above Jugram.

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.


As soon as the stream travels down it will end and with his free hand Jugram channels raiton chakra into it and releases an orb of lightning a few meters above your flight path. This is designed to rain quick bolts of lightning down upon you and within short range of you. These bolts would also continue to down below you if they missed making it fairly difficult for you to escape down or to either side.

Description: The user manipulates their lightning chakra condensing into a orb of chakra and then releasing it into the air. The lightning orb will then remain in the air for several seconds releasing a continous rain of lightning bolts shocking any enemy within the radius of the attack.

As soon as the orb of lightning is released from his mouth Jugram draws two kunai in each hand. Both are armed with explosive tags. With his left hand he throws the kunai 2/3rds of a meter to your left and the other kunai 2/3rds of a meter to your right. Both are armed to detonate as soon as they are perpendicular from your body in your flight path.
Note: Lasts only the turn in which its used.

Minerva notices the white haired man suddenly release a stream of water and she then sends her own concentrated stream of water, with hers being much larger, towards the man and they are both cancelled and she reaches the floor just as her stream is stopped. However some water is splashed on the opponents side of the battlefield because of the wide range of her jutsu and its ability to create water sources easily. She then sends her chakra into her opponent to trick his mind so that he sees snakes coming from the ground and then binding him. In reality he is just paralyzed and Minerva takes this opportunity to throw a wind infused kunai at his head and then performs a few handseals to create a water beast from the water to the right of his opponent and then the beast releases a stream of water at the man.

As he watched the woman block his stream of water and fall to the ground Jugram soon notices snakes emerging from the ground. However he felt no vibrations from the ground as the snakes burst from it. He also didn't notice where the snakes could have even come from. They just appeared beneath him. He immediately came to the conclusion that he was trapped in a genjutsu. Quickly he channeled his doton chakra into the ground below him and released a small sharpened pillar of earth behind the heel of his foot. This pillar was small enough so that his opponent would not see it emerge from the ground as it was hidden behind his leg. It was also far enough from the man so he would not hear or feel the small vibrations. The pillar would emerge and cut the back of his leg enough to escape the genjutsu. The cut wasn't deep enough to hinder his ability to move and the bleeding was not severe in the short run.

Both were marked with explosive tags. They would fly slightly under the wind infused kuani and as such would fly directly toward you as the prison formed around you. The wind infused kunai would harmlessly fly above my head.

So just to clarify why I am holding a hand seal as I crouch to the ground. Apparently (according to Scorps) Gushing Water Imprisonment requires a hand seal to maintain.

And regarding the cut from my Doton no Jutsu.

As the orb of water begins to form around her she quickly makes a few seals and focuses her doton chakra into her feet to create a dragon of earth which erupts from in front of her, breaking the orb in the process and then beginning to head towards the opponent. Minerva grabs onto it and stands on its back as it heads straight towards the man. The dragon itself remained low to the ground and she stood a little behind its head. As the earthen dragon erupted from the earth to disperse his water orb Jugram formed the snake hand seal as he crouched. Instead of throwing the two kunai he opened his mouth and formed a spear of lightning which would immediately be fired at the woman as she rode her earthen dragon toward him. The spear, while flying directly at the dragon, would split into two branches. The original spear would pierce the dragon's head and destroy the earth while the second spear would be aimed directly at her. It was aimed to pierce her body (the two spears would be A-rank in strength each).

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.


As soon as the spear was released Jugram quickly formed a few hand seals and slammed his left hand on the earth. As the spears raced toward you a massive amount of raiton chakra would pool beneath you causing an enormous pillar of lightning to erupt below you. The two techniques would happen fluidly. The second happening immediately after the first.

The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.


Then, slamming his hand on the ground again after the pillar would erupt, Jugram would materialize an immense amount of water in the sky which would drop on you and combine with the raiton.

As the earthen dragon erupted from the earth to disperse his water orb Jugram formed the snake hand seal as he crouched. Instead of throwing the two kunai he opened his mouth and formed a spear of lightning which would immediately be fired at the woman as she rode her earthen dragon toward him. The spear, while flying directly at the dragon, would split into two branches. The original spear would pierce the dragon's head and destroy the earth while the second spear would be aimed directly at her. It was aimed to pierce her body (the two spears would be A-rank in strength each).

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.


As soon as the spear was released Jugram quickly formed a few hand seals and slammed his left hand on the earth. As the spears raced toward you a massive amount of raiton chakra would pool beneath you causing an enormous pillar of lightning to erupt below you. The two techniques would happen fluidly. The second happening immediately after the first.

Description: After doing the Rabbit → Rat → Horse → Ram hand seals, the user will slam his hand on the ground and release into it a massive amounts of lightning chakra which will then pool beneath his opponent before releasing itself into a gigantic column of lightning which shocks anything caught above it. The technique can affect a bigger or smaller area depending on the users will.


Then, slamming his hand on the ground again after the pillar would erupt, Jugram would materialize an immense amount of water in the sky which would drop on you and combine with the raiton.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

I saw two problems with your move o-o

1) You broke the timeframe when you said that you decided not to throw the kunai. I hadn't interrupted the kunai in my move and allowed you to throw them and then countered it. Lol so you basically went back in time. Another time frame break which is related to this one is I had already begun heading towards you with the dragon so your counter can't have begun with as the dragon erupted and should have continued from when I did the wind jutsu as that was after the kunai was countered. So I'm guessing the wind jutsu would have hit you.

2) The false darkness jutsu is a beam which has the properties and shape of a spear. You would have to maintain the beam to destroy my dragon and so you wouldn't have been able to do the telegram flash nor the stormy blockade.




This was a good battle and I think it was the longest one so far in the tourney Lol. I enjoyed the fight and I wish good luck to you Drackos. ^^

2 more battles finished with the opponent not responding in the 72 hours time frame so that makes 6. This means that I will cancel the tourney because no skill was involved in winning automatically. I'll look for alternative ways of finding signers for the Crane contract. Sorry.
