After examining the evidence,I,head of the NB supreme court,have decided to bring KageAgent,born XX/XX/XXXX,to the stand,where he shall defend himself against the serious accusations of Characteristics theft,false gender submission,and multi accounting.​

Firstly my gender is of no concern, to bring it into light is highly offensive and boarders on sexual harassment.

Also being referred to as “suspect” is insulting and demeaning. Please choose your terminology more carefully.

One can not claim sole ownership of a single avatar or any other image depicting characters or themes form the Manga Naruto. All such items are the intellectual property of Kishimoto Masashi and his relevant affiliates. If this is an issue then we are ALL guilty of such breaches.

This is my first account and unaware of other people taking offense against “the agent”, however I have been referred to by this member as stupid and witnessed other derogatory remarks made to other members. The comment “My favorite troll is back” is proof of his agonistic behaviour. Perhaps the agents actions should be investigated and the member themselves earn to contribute better to the forum to avoid any future problems.

Please show me a single post where I have tried to imitate or attempted to pass myself off or admitted to being the “the agent”. Therefore any claims of identity theft are incorrect.

I feel an open apology from “the agent” to myself is warranted and possible infringement points issued to this member at your discretion.


I thoroughly enjoy Naruto, but wish current members, such as “the agent” show more maturity in their post and stop blatantly trying to accrue a high post count. Having amassed 873 post in less then two months is appalling and should have alarm bells ringing. How many posts have been valid and encourage discussion?

FALSE- One can claim ownership of an avatar that is custom made,, by a person on this site. To create a username similar to mine use the same Avatar that was custom made, AND use the same sig must mean you are trying your hardest imitate me.

Now just because you were banned on your other username by Scarface doesn't mean you can create a new one similar to mine.I actually have screen shots some of your derogatory remarks on your other account (CLIO), but because scarface has deleted some of your comments with you new username I can not post them.

For the record I accumulated 800+ posts is because I love Naruto, and I love Naruto Base, whether it's regular discussion, Manga discussion, chatting with other people who love Naruto base, as well as playing forum games from time to time. The only time I can actually say my posts don't hold valid is when I'm in the forum games spamming and thats RARE now and days. I don't post something unless I have something to say. My attitude towards you is justified because of the non stop trolling to my posts and my posts only. Without contributing to the thread topic.

I reported you for your trolling and you have been banned on both your usernames... Now the mods would not ban someone without reason. If I have committed such offenses, how come they did not do the same to me?

Again re-read my comment closely, the signature / avatar created for you comprises of images belonging to Kishimoto Masashi. Therefore that property solely belongs to Kishimoto Masashi and the relevant affiliates. I hope you can understand that, if not hop onto Wikipedia and perform a basic search on Intellectual Property. Hopefully there will be some diagrams to assist in the explanation.

Defense is accepted,you have a valid point.

But,i do think that if you have requested someone personally for an avatar or a signature,you actually own it.

The false gender,that is more of an add up.

The pros and cons balance well,too well i would say.

Again if it is made up of content that is copyright material it is irrelevant, ownership belongs to the original persons, in this case Kishimoto. A person can not take another persons design, make some alterations and try to pass it as their own.
