History: cartman was never very liked due to his attitude and his inability to follow directions so he was kicked out of the akimichi clan and later out of konoha completly he has vowed vengence against konoha for this and continues to plot his revenge among the people who have crossed cartman all have paid for it one of the most notable is scott teterman back when cartman was still part of konoha he killed both of his parents then chopped them up and fed them to him in a chilli cartman is using his exile from konoha as a excuse to take over konoha and if he is unable to take control of it then he will destroy the place rather then allowing others to live happily
