With no prep? Maybe, 50-50 I'd say.

However when is Batman ever not prepared? Very almost non-exsistant ever.

Batman beats superman for this reason. (its true, he carries kryptonite around for that very reason).

Against other "prepers" he may be beat due to superpowers. Spider man Vs Batman as an example.

Some of those stuff only require the Bat to be in close range to finish Cap off such as the tranquilizer, sonic devastator, and goo globules . Also his thermite grenade is over three times the temperature of molten lava as stated in the list of gadgets, close range and BAM should be enough to finish Cap.

Agreed, Batman has reached the peek of human capability, he has held up a 1,000 pound ceiling, bench pressed over 600 pounds on several occasions, punching people through brick walls. Batman can also put himself into a ninja trance that increases his adrenaline and strength while negating his pain receptors and such... he can only do it for a limited amount of time, 5-8 minutes... but he can do it.

Batman does bench 1000 fyi. The very peak of Human ability. Strength is really a moot point, and fighting prowess maybe even but batman has more tricks and arsenal up his sleeves that give him the edge he needs. When I said 50-50 I meant in a closed environment, like the octagon, lights on brawl. Add any other element and you are giving way for victory for batman.
