Alright, now focus your wind chakra, and release it into the air, and manipulate it into 4 different directions.
Then when you're able to do that, do the same, but this time create 4 spinning gusts of wind around you, small ones.
When you got full control over the gusts, throw 4 shurikens, then use the gusts to control the shuriken freely.

It was wrong U_U The wind is strong enough to break trees but not cut them, as sharpness had nothing to do with it, not sharp/cutting winds, just wind.

Alright next one, this one requires handseals, focus chakra in your lungs and do these handseals *shows you handseals*, then inhale alot of air and as you exhale, use your wind chakra to manipulate the air your inhale into sharp cutting winds, doing so create a giant whirlwind of cutting winds that is able to make deep cuts in the opponents skin.

You remember the shuriken jutsu? 4 small pillars of air, this one is pretty much the same, but without the shurikens and the pillars are much bigger. And it can be used in combination with fire jutsu as well.

Theres too much chaos to it, its not stealthy enough... make the winds more quiet and not so much wind blowing outwards.
