Madara has performed more feats. He solo'd Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, the entire shinobi world actually (IT).

HOWEVER. Borrowed power-ups aside, Dual Kamui Obito FAR, FAR, FAR passes MS or even EMS, hell even edo Madara. I would even go as far to say that single Kamui Obito is on par with EMS Madara.

Actually, genjutsuing the world don't count as a solo. He had help from Kaguya with that.
