incorrect. obito could have itd everyone the shinju had long since been ready to cast it he just chose not to and the got tnj soon after. and without obito madara would have never been able to cast it because obito was the on who captured the bijuu and also the one who spat out the shinju which prevented madara from getting owned and also allowed him to get a third eye.

Madara has performed more feats. He solo'd Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, the entire shinobi world actually (IT).

HOWEVER. Borrowed power-ups aside, Dual Kamui Obito FAR, FAR, FAR passes MS or even EMS, hell even edo Madara. I would even go as far to say that single Kamui Obito is on par with EMS Madara.
