This is pretty much a plothole in kishi's story. Here we see Sasuke leaving and had no time to get the arm Tsunade made for him. Then on the latest chapters we see sasuke coming back to attend the gokage meetings after years of traveling alone. I think by that time the arm would have been ready already and all it needs is a transplant. I dont think Sasuke got no time for a transplant since he had the time for some sexytime with sakura he even stayed till Sakura's belly got big. So why the **** do sasuke still has no arm? Does this prove hes just a sissy who is afraid of a transplant and is just making his missions as an alibi to cover his fear?

If he can grow a very complex organ such as an eye to fit the user perfectly. He should be able to grow a less complex part of the body such as the hand. EASILY.
