Not sure, but I guess it could be possible that MS Sasuke was stronger. But then again, we don't know how his MS would fare against SM. MS is way more draining then SM and Naruto could just keep spamming clones and have them gather sage chakra while he keeps Sasuke occupied whereas Sasuke could end up blind if he spams MS too much. Now that I think about it, I'm leaning more towards SM Naruto winning...

yes what you wrote was showed on manga but it doesn't mean MS sasuke>SM naruto... and neither naruto's intention was to beat sasuke,after fought with sasuke naruto realized that sasuke is becoming evil and evil(you must have known evil power is very strong ex:madara,evil gara) which is behind everyones imagine that's why he needed and said about kyubi's power... but it's not end here i mean not only naruto, sasuke felt the same about naruto's power, he felt naruto is high level and very strong shinobi that's why he told tobi to give him itachi's eyes and wanted to awake EMS so that he can crush naruto with his full power...

SM Naruto would win. But here's a way you would have never guessed. Naruto would enter SM. Then, he would use smoke bombs. This neutralizes amaterasu and genjutsu, as well as the prediction abilities of the sharingan. Then Naruto uses sensing and proceeds to beat the crap out of Sasuke.

No, Naruto got pinned down by all 6 paths. Deva path was the only one living for a while. When Naruto confronted him for the second time, he beat him without help.
Naruto actually managed to kill 5 out of 6 paths in one fell swoop. Sasuke, on the other hand, failed to kill each and everyone of the kages except Danzo. On top of all that, Sasuke almost always fought with equal numbers and failed.
You said it, Sasuke "survived" with huge help. Like when he survived by destroying the pillars and running away, when Zetsu saved him by restraining the Mizukage and stealing her chakra to give to Sasuke, and when he survived being dismantled by the Tsuchikage by Tobi, all the while inflecting zero damage on any of them. You compare that with taking out the 6 paths of Pein? ridiculous.
OT: You don't understand what Naruto wishes to do. He doesn't want to kill Sasuke, he wants to save him. What good would defeating Sasuke do if he can't save him? That's what Naruto meant (Take a look at the Viz translation). You say that "Naruto needed KCM" to defeat Sasuke. However, you can also argue that Sasuke needed Itachi's eyes (AKA EMS) to defeat Naruto, can't you now?

SM Naruto loses to MS Sasuke anyday.
-Can't dodge Amaterasu.
-Can't destroy Susanoo.
-After 3 FRS his Sage Mode goes bye bye.
He either dies to Amaterasu once he's vulnerable or when he runs out of SM, an arrow one shots him.

So zetsu and tobi vs ma, pa, 3 big frogs, info, hinata and OMFG KURAMA? U dont include the fight with danzo dont u? So raikage, gaara, temari, kankuro, shee, darui, mei, chojiro, onooki, samurais, danzo, sakura, kakashi and then naruto. A list of ppl that attacked sasuke on that day.
Kages were fresh, pein was weakened and deva was on the brake after big ST. Even all the help naruto got wasnt enough for SM alone to beat pain. He got pinned down. Naruto "defeating" pain is the most blasphemous atrocity in this manga, GTFO.
Sasuke needed itachi eyes to restore his sight not for a power up, naruto needs kurama cuz SM isnt enough.
SM lasts 5 min, sasuke outlasted 10min of izanagi, and that with all the fighting he had in same day.
MS sasuke rapes SM naruto its not even funny.

1.Smoke bombs with sensing would do wonders against the sharingan.
2.If a wind style from a summons along with Danzo can destroy it, then so can sage ransenshuriken. Plus, it's not invincible. A single kick from Tsunade blew it open.
3.Naruto can use shadow clones in reserve and still get a lot in battle as proven in the current arc. He trained to use the 9 tails after the summit, not sage mode.

1. I wonder whats faster, Naruto taking out Smoke Bombs and then tossing them to the ground, or Sasuke looking at Naruto? Not to mention to fight Sasuke he eventually needs to come out of the cover of the smoke, and the smoke won't last forever.
2. Itachi's V2 Susanoo let him block most of Kirin's blast. Kirin>>>FRS. 1 FRS isn't destroying a V2 let alone a V3 Susanoo. Also, fire>wind. Enton is the greatest level of Katon so enough Enton>FRS.
3. Having Shadow Clones in reserve is prep time so it doesn't apply to this fight. Doesn't change the fact that his most recent limit with FRS in Sage Mode is 3.

You're forgetting that had already been training to extend sage mode by that time.

He also could use shadow clones in reserve to extend it further. With this, Naruto could stay in sage mode for over 15 minutes.

And when did naruto have time to work on extending it? He said he needs to, but he never made it, cuz he ran soon after to chase sasuke...
5min is a total time for naruto, its divided by clones, they do not extend it, unless naruto constantly creates new ones to bring sage chakra...

1.Amaterasu can reach it's target instantaneously, but it has activation time before it does that's noticeable. How else did A dodge it? Plus, what's the odds that he'll hit the real Naruto out of 2000 clones with it considering how tricky with them he is?
2. That was probably because of yata mirror. Or is Tsunade's kick stronger than Kirin? Highly unlikely. Also, they appear to have an comparable effects.

However, Ransenshuriken doesn't just strike with force. It disintegrates its target and destroys a chakra system. Also, in case you haven't noticed, Kirin destroyed the susanoo and left Itachi in bad shape.
3.Did I say that he'd already have them at the start? I didn't. But what's stopping him once in sage mode?
