Not sure, but I guess it could be possible that MS Sasuke was stronger. But then again, we don't know how his MS would fare against SM. MS is way more draining then SM and Naruto could just keep spamming clones and have them gather sage chakra while he keeps Sasuke occupied whereas Sasuke could end up blind if he spams MS too much. Now that I think about it, I'm leaning more towards SM Naruto winning...

Whats also funny about it is that sasuke was near blind during that time and naruto still couldn't beat him... and Kakashi was losing taijutsu to a blind sasuke.. naruto knows he will need kcm to defeat sasuke aka needing the kyubi's chakra

No, Naruto got pinned down by all 6 paths. Deva path was the only one living for a while. When Naruto confronted him for the second time, he beat him without help.

Naruto actually managed to kill 5 out of 6 paths in one fell swoop. Sasuke, on the other hand, failed to kill each and everyone of the kages except Danzo. On top of all that, Sasuke almost always fought with equal numbers and failed.

OT: You don't understand what Naruto wishes to do. He doesn't want to kill Sasuke, he wants to save him. What good would defeating Sasuke do if he can't save him? Sasuke needed itachi eyes to restore his sight not for a power up, naruto needs kurama cuz SM isnt enough.
SM lasts 5 min, sasuke outlasted 10min of izanagi, and that with all the fighting he had in same day.
MS sasuke rapes SM naruto its not even funny.

5min is a total time for naruto, its divided by clones, they do not extend it, unless naruto constantly creates new ones to bring sage chakra...

1.Amaterasu can reach it's target instantaneously, but it has activation time before it does that's noticeable. How else did A dodge it? Plus, what's the odds that he'll hit the real Naruto out of 2000 clones with it considering how tricky with them he is?

2. That was probably because of yata mirror. Or is Tsunade's kick stronger than Kirin? Highly unlikely. Also, they appear to have an comparable effects.

However, Ransenshuriken doesn't just strike with force. It disintegrates its target and destroys a chakra system. Also, in case you haven't noticed, Kirin destroyed the susanoo and left Itachi in bad shape.
