The Byaku's X-ray vision is somewhat of the same but without the mirror effect because as you know x-ray give you the ability to pears through ones body/objects, being able to see muscle movement & change in any sudden movement as far as trajectory so it's a precog type of deal..

(It's as though it's a slow-mo effect but it really isn't a slow-mo it's along the line of advance sensing an awareness)
