Not only did his eye see the bombs, but he needed to be extremely close to see them, hence why he couldn't see them from a distance but saw them as colors which allowed his evasion.

If you believe that he could not see the bombs within his own body but saw them as chakra, it would mean that his eyes differentiated his chakra signature from Deidara's which would be adding another ability to the Sharingan.

As I have said Sasuke cannot see the bombs all he saw was chakra foreign to his own inside his body get some damn version was for the readers

You can't read bro. The genjutsu was cast on someone else. That's how he was able to see it. (It was easy as seeing he was under influence and then seeing the foreign chakra in his body, nothing magical about that).
