#Cannibalism.. How far would you go?

Last week our teacher was talking about cannibalism..

He showed us a trailer from an film called: "Alive"
The film was about an American biographical survival drama...

The story of a Uruguayan rugby team who were involved in the crash of Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571, which crashed into the Andes mountains on Friday October 13, 1972.
16 of the 45 passengers survived the crash.The film then shifts to the present as Carlitos explains the survivors later returned to the site of the crash and buried the bodies of the dead under a pile of stones, marked with a cross, about half a mile away. The memorial is then displayed with the film's dedication to both the 29 deceased and 16 survivors.

The amazing, true story of a Uruguayan rugby team's plane that crashed in the middle of the Andes mountains, and their immense will to survive and pull through alive, forced to do anything and everything they could to stay alive on meager rations and through the freezing cold. The only thing the team has riding on after losing so many of their good friends and family members is the slim chance of making it through alive and their faithfulness to God.
The film was directed by Frank Marshall and narrated by John Malkovich.

Back to subject >_< ..Our teacher ask us "How far we would go to survive!"
All guys answered: "Yes, I would eat my friend to survive, no problem" And all girls (including me) said "No never..I'd rather die"

(I mean...I can't even break a finger..
How am I supposed to eat raw meat? And I nearly faint when I see my own blood)

Anyway,
I want to ask you all the same.. Would you eat dead people to survive

No...just no. I have a bad temper granted. Hurting people however I hate myself for even if it helps me out I can't hurt someone and eating a dead human is beyond sick. Although I can't say I have ever or prob will ever be in that situation where my body needs food and a friend is the only option..

Hunger is a hell of a way to motivate someone, ppl can sit here and say what they will and won't do, but I guarantee you if cooked right, you'd eat, "Long pig", lol that's what these island cannibals I read about call human flesh, cause it supposedly taste like pork.

I'd say depending on the circumstances, yes I'd eat, Long pig. I don't want to have to prepare the actual meat though.

back when we were nomatic the weak would actually be eaten by us and it in my oppion is the way the world was back then

morality oppion on my part: i would rather jumped off a plane without a parachute that i can assure i died

I disagree, starvation is one of the worst ways to die, I'd definitely want you along so when you do throw your life away, you shall off us sustenance. Seriously though, I'm no atheist, but I'm pretty sure in their situation I'd have done the same, ppl love life and strive to hang on to it, and starvation is really painful.
