What I'm asking is can you read a little without visual prowess? How did Sasuke read the Uchiha Stone Tablet without using Sharingan when he was a boy? And I wonder if Sasuke ever went and read the Tablet with his new Eyes?

It's explicitly stated that the Dojutsu of the Uchiha/Rikudou Sennin can discern the true meaning of the Uchiha Tablet unless you're as clever and knowledgeable as Kabuto and Orochimaru.

You need a sharingan to open the shrine and in order to know that what hagormoo said was rubbish he would need to be able to read it. There is also no uchiha he could influence to change what the six path said on the tablet when they are incapable of doing it themselves and would get caught by the Uchiha clan. He's not even strong enough to control an Uchiha's body, he even said that he changed it himself anyways.

My point was that BZ was around all this time, and attempted every generation to revive Kaguya, but failed until now. This means he was constantly attempting to influence Uchiha to spur her revival. If changing the tablet was a key to this transition, he simply needs to find one easily influenced Uchiha with a bone to pick and convinced him to change it by influencing him. The Uchiha himself would have access to the shrine and could change it having the Sharingan.

Don't act like its impossible, because it is not. If you believe the fact that only those with Sharingan/Rinnegan can read the tablet, than they should be able to change it. Of course they could change it without being caught, if they actually tried it could be done.
