Kagutsuchi includes the ability to put out Amaterasu, since Sasuke put out the flames with the eye he uses for Kagutsuchi, and not the eye he uses to cast Amaterasu. I love how people say "agree to disagree" once facts have been presented to their faces and they realize they're wrong. Keep saving face.

First of all I'm not wrong,second I would and have countered arguments like yours hundreds of times already.

There's no point in having a debate if someone's just going to end up being stubborn anyway.
