After that she instantly knew her chakra and her healing is practicality useless, Naruto needs bijuu chakra, it was said to Gaara by kurama the only way to ensure Naruto's survival was by receiving the yin half of the kyuubi, even then Naruto was slowly dying so Sakura had to keep him alive by manually pumping his heart and letting blood and oxygen flow around the body at least until they reached Minato, if she didn't do that, then Naruto would have been dead long before they reached their location

The rescue for Sasuke was completely different, Obito simply needed her chakra

It's laughable that you thought Sakura's chakra can save a jins life who lost his bijuu

Don't forget also punching Kaguya during the final combo. Not only did she manage to injure her, but if she didn't, Kaguya would have avoided the final combo, which was essentially the last chance they had of sealing her.

Tell me once where Sasuke even acknowledged Naruto during the entire part of part 2 before they worked together during the war arc, Naruto looked up to Sasuke as a rival and aimed to have his acknowledgement. His entire goal for part 2 was bringing Sasuke back, without Sasuke what even is his purpose besides being hokage? Unlike Naruto, he doesn't need to relay on other characters, he would have still been same even without Naruto, having the same goal and development, he didn't even acknowledge Naruto till the very end

There are several facets of an individual's development. This side of him did. As a whole? Not really.

Sasuke is not a side character for any sense of the term. He's a central character, without whom the plot doesn't even progress. Let's see some major areas where the plot didn't turn without Sasuke as a catalyst or a major plot devise:

Naruto - Never developed beyond Sasuke.
Itachi - Never found closure without Sasuke.
Akatsuki's true motive - Didn't happen without Sasuke.
Kages reuniting - Didn't occur without Sasuke.
KCM option and working - Didn't happen without Naruto's desire to bring Sasuke back.
BM Naruto's chakra cloaks' working - Didn't occur without Naruto's focus being on Sasuke.
Konoha's past - Didn't happen without Sasuke.
Madara and Hashirama's past - Same as above.

These are just at top of my head.

Even Zeezay is far too tame compared to him, as she accepted that Hinata had little role in the manga beyond being Naruto's wife. This guy? No comment.
