Is she was low on her own chakra, then she would have wasted the last of the chakra she had on opening the seal's power. So, she did the sensible thing and used what she had to prolong Naruto's life.

A lot of time elapsed after that and before going off with Obito, with her having time to recuperate.

She couldn't save Naruto because she had little chakra, she couldn't save Naruto because Medical Ninjutsu wasn't working. She had little chakra at the time because she hadn't released the seal yet. Why release her stored chakra to fuel a process that would have no effect?

Tsunade said "She not having any chakra left, take Sakura, she got SOME to save Naruto" something like that

"Some chakra" statement mean something to peoples.

Tsunade is awared that Sakura had Byakugou power(the seal to store a chakra for period of time and used it latter when needed) and she used Byakugou with Sakura to summon part of Katsuyu.

And when Tsunade said something about Sakura chakra, that is mean she knew about Sakura level of chakra and Sakura never denied Tsunade words.

Even if Sakura using Byakugou seal and inject Naruto with her chakra, Naruto still unable to get revive unless Sakura have Chiyo's life resurrection technique.

When tailed beast is extract from jinchuriki body, death is absoluted.
