All I need to see now is that Kishimoto actually made him a strategic thinker and he hit all the good points for this character by leaps and bounds.
Think about his current skill set from the trailers alone.
>Shadow Clone jutsu with the limit being 2. Meaning he won't be able to spam the technique, nor have we seen him spamming this technique at all.
>Rasengan. Not at the same size as Naruto's, he is at least able to make it without the clones at his age, which is seemingly impressive. This is my take on actually:
We don't know what he does with it in the trailer. He is in Sasuke's Susano'o, and I'm pretty sure he isn't hitting Sasuke. So that leaves:
I. Does he throw it?
II. If so who can't dodge a mini rasengan coming at you? Does that mean it moves incredibly fast? <--- Maybe something Hyuuga related which is why he is able to throw it efficiently?
>Lightning Release (not even the technique itself). He has been confirmed to be a lightning release user, meaning his door is open to many, many, many techniques. Even if he can't use Chidori without the Sharingan that doesn't stop him from creating variants. It could be a Rasegan with Lightning Affinity but that just proves the point that his kid pulled something off that Naruto needed a horde of clones to do, and that Minato//Kakashi couldn't do/failed as Adults.
>Hyuuga Taijutsu. You can see from the trailers that this boy isn't like Naruto in the sense of just throwing moderate punches and kicks at people, he actually as a defined style of martial arts that he uses.
>Proficient in Shuriken usage. The trailer peaked this in the first teaser, and in the 3rd trailer we see him throwing Shuriken around in a pose. This proves that he at least has an understanding of the weapon itself and must be moderate it the art. Considering that the boy is hailed as Prodigy, it might even be more than "moderate"

Let's put power levels aside for a moment. The kid's fighting style is so entertaining to watch. He is not a spammer and loves learning new stuff. With every new trailer, he pulled something new.
