we all know about uchiha shisui of the body flicker... body flicker is also sometimes confuse with space time jutsu... so i want to say that may be uchiha shisui use space time jutsu and others think that he is using body flicker.. uchiha shisui is the master in body flicking techniques thats why his name is uchiha shisui of body flicker... uchiha shisui also has most gifted sharingans so if itachi can use Tsukuyomi in which he control space and time... so uchiha shisui has also most powerful eyes then he can also space time jutsu???

Minato has a great one too but not on the same level as Madara.

Assuming Shisui is close to the speed of Minato.

So I guess he can but perhaps fast movement than any of the techniques Minato or Madara use.

Tsukuyomi is a technique. People can improve on it. The difference between Sasuke's and Itachi's Tsukuyomi is massive.

Itachi can control space and time with his tsukuyomi, but tsukuyomi is ONLY a genjutsu. It is not a true space-time ninjutsu.

So even if Shisui could use Tsukuyomi to the same extent as Itachi, does not mean he can perform space-time ninjutsu.

If madara had the best space time jutsu than he wouldn't of got pwned by minato in a battle of speed. Also the body flicker technique is a d rank jutsu. It's a jutsu that any basic ninja can use.

Somebody define body flicker and space time. And than explain the difference.

Also Minato admits himself that Madara space time was better. But having a better technique doesnt automatically means winning. Like somebody in the manga said, a skilled swordsman with a kunai can beat an amateur with a katana.
